I left a small town to take on a better path for my career , I learned more about myself and others taking a leap of faith believing in my dream to be a world wide dj …

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I was brought up in brooklyn ny (Flatbush) my father , brother , cuz (June June ) were djs and I watched and learned from them I also was introduced to reggae music by my sister Kenya I was in love with seeing people entertained so I felt I could entertain I always watched and learned from people who did it before me i always wanted to learn about djs no matter who what where they was from .. as a dj I realized not everyone can dj we have to make others forget the problems they left the house , job, etc … watching people react to how I entertain them is and always best feeling I took my own money and traveled to be at dj conventions, dj based events, seminars, to learn different markets and learn the music in those areas… I had all type of challenges I wanted to give up plenty of times but I believe this is my calling and I never gave up or quit I just figured it out… lessons I learned was to be solid , keep good relationships, don’t burn bridges, always be receptive to new things… I want the world to know that (Dj Alamo) is a great dj and people person who wants to help others win

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I like wynwood for food and culture and great art ..also great food on ocean drive and Washington ave by south beach for a day … definitely would have to hit a (strip club) for some wings lol 😂 , I love seafood so definitely have to hit crab man 305 ,also hit Hollywood blvd nice atmosphere down there then hit casino at hard rock ,night life is amazing on strip , definitely have to hit north beach water is blue lol 😂 but all in all the weather gives me energy to be active…I love miami

I would like to shout to rob sumners , 1st lady el , nj Weedman, Gillie & wallo , dj cosmic kev , all promoters who gave me a chance… & my brother last but not least and my best friend Danielle bond
