We had the good fortune of connecting with Gabbi Castro and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gabbi, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued a artistic career because it’s what I love most. I trained as a dancer for over 15 years and i’m 22 now. Dance has been something that i’ve been passionate about since day one and i’ve never lost that passion.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We currently are starting our 2nd season with two locations. What sets us apart from other studios is our unique choreography, passionate staff members and our family setting environment. We are most excited to start this season with all our new students and show them what dance is all about! We got to where we are today because our parents were able to help us out tremendously with the build out. Without them we would not be at the beautiful space we’re at. It definitely was not easy, There was always new permits to be passed and new materials that had to be added through the process but it was definitely a learning experience. The biggest lesson I learned was to be patient and truly trust Gods timing. We were in this process for 2 years!! We want the world to know to truly follow your dreams. No matter how hard it seems to achieve or how much work needs to be put into it. It’s worth getting up every morning to know your going to do what you love most!!
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely a huge shoutout to some mentors that gave me advice & supported me through this whole process are my parents, Yamil from Imassage and stretch,Angel Armas, My closes friends and all my students that have followed me!
