What should our readers know about your business?
Mauro Maugliani Biography Mauro was born in A. Rome, Italy. He started his career at the age of twenty as entrepreneur of a bar in Rome. After his first experience, he decided to move to the United States to further increase his knowledge in the world of food and beverage. Mauro managed some of the finest Italian restaurants in Chicago. The last two experiences that shaped him professionally include working as manager and wine director in one of the major hotels in the world and as restaurant proprietor. Growing up, Mauro shared the same passion for wine like his father, a collector of the best Italian wines. Because of his enthusiasm and experience, he was given the opportunity to fulfill one of his dreams by becoming a wine expert in every category and tech others. Mauro was responsible for the past 10 years of the entire Italian Portfolio for Southeast United States and all the Caribbean Island as Wine Director and Brand Specialist with one of the most important importers in USA. He directs wine seminars, staff training, wine tasting dinners, and introduces the knowledge and passion of wines to customers, wine lover, collectors. Prior to open his own WINE-SPECTACULAR import, he was director of Wine for the southeast and Caribbean with KOBRAND then owner and General Manager of The Fox Restaurant & Bar and was Food and Beverage Manager, wine director at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel (GA USA).
Now he is the owner of the Wine Spectacular Import.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Of course Miami and Florida offer everything but in this case here is the itinerary I would do for my best friend. first stop – Miami beach (Fantastic beach and sea).

Second stop: Lunch among an infinite number of small restaurants of all types of cuisine (only spoiled for choice)
Therd: cultural visit ( art basel of Miami ) One of many….beauty of Miami
I would have taken him to eat in the best restaurants like : Pasta end In Margate or Fiola Miami Both Authentic Italian Cuisine.- and to finish before the night , why not a great tasting of wine that usually happens often (Thanks to Mega And Crown Liquor) in Miami area.
Then finish the evening among millions of Bars with all kinds of different cocktails in the all Miami area.
Then the grand finale in “Calle Otto” to dance salsa with the best live music all night long and taste Latin delicacies and specialties street food.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Of course, behind a success there is always an infinite work, made of constancy and dedication daily. Made of studies and experiences, but above all of passion and love for what we do. The merits of success are shared in part even with those Peoples who revolve around your life. from the person dearest to you, to the expert professional friend (and not). You have to know how to recognize your limits, and never think you know everything (impossible) and begin to appreciate and recognize the advice of “Expert Friends” …………..of those characters who with small comments open up a new world for you (given their experience) everything is important for the success of a business. listen more than talk, But the most important thing is to believe in yourself and be constant in everything we do. Humility will take you to the highest steps you deserve.
