We had the good fortune of connecting with Kelcie Hall and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kelcie, what do you want your legacy to be?
I want to be remembered as the woman who came from very little to being very successful. I want to own a successful law firm and shoe company. I want to be able to give back to my community and help out others in any way that I can. The most important thing to me is showing little girls out there like that with dedication and determination anything in this world is possible.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I own an upcoming business called Shoe Mafia (formally known as Eleven Five). We have been in business since 2019. We first started off selling clothes and accessories. Fast forward to 2023, we are an e-commerce company that specializes in reselling sneakers. Very proud to say that we have worked with some of the top influencers in the industry, and are working towards collaborating with some celebrities soon so stay tuned for that! Aside from that, I am a law student currently majoring In Criminal Justice. I am working towards becoming a very successful criminal defense attorney!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
St. Louis has a lot of hidden gems! I would definitely swing by streets of st charles and grab a drink at Narwahls Crafted. The mall because who doesnt like to shop?! We would definitely hit up Union Station they have a bunch of fun things to do. Game nights, food trucks etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a huge shout out to my sister Kiera. She has been my anchor in all of this and has given me so much motivation and support the entire way. Whenever I need anything she is my go to! I cannot express how grateful I am for my sister. I don’t know where I would be without her.
