We had the good fortune of connecting with Astrid Pachano Arévalo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Astrid, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Hello, I’m Astrid Pachano Arévalo! I was born in Caracas – Venezuela, creator of CHISPAS DIVINAS, a place where you can get to know yourself, re-know yourself and transform yourself through different holistic personal management tools, in which I accompany you to rebuild the new version from you with the utmost respect, confidentiality, light, highest good and deep love.

My beginnings are from a very young age, participating and accompanying groups in which I discovered my gift of training people of any age and the genuine service to life in my being through close emotional and spiritual accompaniment throughout my life. life; already in my field of work, feeling my talents wasted and having a professional training, my proposals for personal evolution, spiritual growth, order and development at all levels were not accepted by the key people where I worked for more than 17 years, dependent on the public administration of my country. Not being compensated with my level of dedication in the execution of my work. Perceiving and looking with deep concern and pain that the workspace was burning me, I was falling short by not believing in what my gifts, resources, talents, tools and myself could achieve despite being an educational space. I make the decision in the midst of the pandemic, going through the contagion of covid in my being, I choose to leave with all that I am to offer the world who I am, fulfilling my life mission at every step.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have gotten to where I am today, step by step, steady, without pause and without haste. It has been a personal, academic and field work, very important and permanent, approaching with focus each situation that I go through, no matter how complex it may seem, it becomes easier if I allow myself to be guided and accompanied by love and great light. Divine attending to my intuition.

This path has not been easy at all! I have overcome the challenges that life has presented me by managing my unconscious, generating new habits in my consciousness, first applying therapeutic tools and resources to myself and then putting them at the service of humanity and whoever requires it, taking positive learning in each circumstance and discarding what can generate weight, discomfort or discomfort.

In life everything is possible to achieve as long as we have a clear objective, a focus; understanding that everything requires dedication, love, order and faith in what we do.

The primary objective is to provide therapeutic services in a systemic way, making the unconscious conscious, allowing the fluidity of love, feeling accompanied individually or in a group, in the modalities: face-to-face or remote, being used in any system where there are setbacks or problems: family, work, community , partner, health among others.


If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This question does not coincide with the interview based on what I do.

However, in Venezuela, my country of origin, there are countless places to show the world and get to know. With diverse gastronomy and incomparable human warmth!!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As the Venezuelan music singer, Luis Silva, says in his song Pajarillo: “I am going to dedicate my song to my homeland and my flag….” Today, I dedicate this honorable mention to the Great Divine Spark, The Great Soul, the source, Divinity, GOD!!!… to my Virgin of the Valley,

To my beloved Parents: Pedro Jesús Pachano Martínez and Esther Lucía Arévalo Gutiérrez my pillars and example of pure love, dedication, delivery, strength, courage, continuous transformation, from their simplicity, powerful wisdom, teachers both by profession and vocation of service to the present.

To my twin who, in honor of him, my life has taken another course, to my sister Angie Adela my eternal “Girl” today from transcendence, in the most beautiful place that GOD chose for you, you continue to accompany me and in my heart I have the best place with absolute and deep love, to my older brother Richard great teacher of life, motivation to look at myself and manage in evolution.

To my unborn children: Ángel Eduardo and Victoria, to my born daughter Camila Valentina who is my source of metamorphosis to leave her a free path, in order, in love, abundant, prosperous, I blow your destiny so that you do it just as you want, shining with your own wonderful light. To my unborn nephew, To my born nieces: my long-haired Mariangel Eliana and my chubby Sofía Nazareth. To my loving nephews: Elías Danilo, Esteban Alejandro.

To my ancestors beginning with my grandparents, both paternal: Jesús Antonio Pachano Colina and Petra Adela Martínez Hidalgo de Pachano, and maternal: Telmo Ramón Arévalo Rojas and Angela Adela Mármol (without paternal recognition even so, it belongs and we do belong) Gutiérrez.

To my uncles , aunts, cousins ​​who left before… and with them all all those behind them, in their order and place, doing their work in love generating the force that drives my mission today.

To you, who accompany me in this stretch of life with respect, affection, supporting and wanting as much as I do what I do in joy, harmony and balance, thank you! To my manager, Ing. Lenys Contreras, for giving me the impulse I needed to show what my philosophy of life is today, based on what I learned from my beloved teacher Bert Hellinger, creator of Family Constellations, and to all my training teachers in various areas. who have contributed their knowledge to me to strengthen my growth as a professional.
