Meet Kiera Ceasar | CEO Of Divine Minks

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiera Ceasar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kiera, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Every day is a different experience for me, and I want to approach my day with an open mind. Not every day will be the same, but I find ways to keep it exciting and progressive. What makes me successful is my drive. I am a passionate person and straightforward with talent that’s worth exploring. It’s cool to stay consistent and keep working, but don’t forget to have time for myself-a moment to think and relax before making my next move. I have always believed that its essential to find balance in my life, eat healthy, work out, focus on my mental health and write things down to establish a plan. I always take the time to thoroughly process who I am and why I do what I do. This awareness has granted me a deep sense of gratitude for my musical pursuits that propels me forward towards my goals so that, when inevitable problems arise, I have the tools needed to process and grow through each challenge towards a more equitable and positive solution.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My business and brand are constantly evolving. As a born-and-raised Floridian, I’ve always felt a deep sense of connection to my local community. I know South Florida like the back of my hand. It’s my love of Florida— from the beautiful beaches to the vibrant people. Never stop believing in yourself, both personally and professionally. Whether it’s securing a multi-million dollar sale or pushing through a challenging workout, you’ve got to see yourself through to the very end. Success often takes longer to achieve than you convince yourself it should. Don’t sell yourself short on what you can achieve. Give yourself an unlimited number of attempts and total freedom to make mistakes, ask questions, and lean on those you trust. Maintain a positive mindset and surround yourself with like-minded people who want to see you succeed. I’m grateful to work alongside such talented individuals. If there’s one thing the past few years have taught me, it’s that it’s never too late to discover new paths toward a more fulfilling life.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting the area, the first place we would go is paddle-boarding and swimming at the beaches on Key Biscayne. Beyond the nice beaches, the lighthouse, and good walking trails; Key Biscayne is an accessible beach that is quiet and has lots of fun food spots to try on the way back. If anyone visits Miami, I love to take them to some of my favorite go-to spots and it will also depend on what my guest wants to experience in Miami, but always for a first timer to the city, I think seeing the iconic Ocean Drive is a must. Also on the beach is the Standard Spa. We could hang out there for the day to experience the spa with the hammam, the pools, dining by the bay and the chill vibes of the unique property. For a beach day, we could go to South Point either chill on the sand or rent bikes and ride around the boardwalk. Seeing Wynwood and the art all around there is also a must! And while over there, heading to the Design District and Buena Vista to eat and shop. If they want to try some yoga, I will take them to Ahana in the design district for a class. I love doing a short Keys trip when friends or family are in town. First stopping at Robert is Here and getting a shake or juice and seeing the farm on the way down to my favorite key, Islamorada to stay a night or two. I would also suggest getting on a boat in Miami to get to experience the city from the water. It’s a whole other feel! Kayaking in Key Biscayne or Oleta in North Miami is also super fun and a great active activity. I feel like there are always so many new and trendy restaurants all around Miami, which I like to try but I usually go back to the same ones repeatedly! This city has so much to do at any time! There truly is something for everyone for any interest you may have! In general, I think the best way to explore Miami is to maintain an open mind to what the culture has to offer while not being afraid to try new foods and embrace the beautiful outdoor locations.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Robnitia Weekley for always helping and giving ideas on things that she thought would help me out with reaching out to people with bring in more clientele and helping me with perfecting my pictures when it came to showing off my merchandise. I am also immensely thankful to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for placing these remarkable individuals in my life at precisely the perfect moments. Their support during challenging times, shared joy during successes, and the valuable lessons we have learned together have had a profound impact on my journey. Thank you to everyone who has shown me so much love and consideration!
