We had the good fortune of connecting with Peter Anthonii and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Peter, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My brand has been a culmination of my professional experiences over the last 20 years. I first started in process and improvement and operations and quickly learned I was more suited for Marketing and Communications. From there I started my own Public Relations agency that specialized in fashion production, events and brand management. I found that I really liked the process of conceptualization and ideation on how to bring unique products and services to the market. Our agency worked with some of the biggest names in the business like Nordstrom, Porsche Design, Hilton, and Maserati to name a few. Our main vehicle of success has always been through creating exceptions experiences and events for our clients. When I relocated to Miami 4 years ago, I felt like it was time for a change and wanted to find a career where I could be not only financially independent but also continue to work with people by creating unique and meaningful experiences. That’s when I decided I would create the PeterAnthonii lifestyle brand. Which is truly a reflection of all of my lived experiences. The main focus of my lifestyle brand is of course real estate and relocation but it’s more than that. I wanted to create a brand that would help people fall in love with Miami just like I did. Everyone needs a place to live but I want my customers and clients to do more than live. I want them to thrive and live the life they have always imagined. My lifestyle brand seeks to help people successfully relocate to South Florida and to find their tribe and to be surround by the things they love.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m excited about business PeterAnthonii.com because its the truest reflection of who and what I have become in professional career. It’s so rewarding to be able to live and breathe your own brand instead of having to do it for someone else.

My real estate business is more than just about buying and selling homes in South Florida. It’s about living the life you have always imagined for yourself. At PeterAnthonii we give you to the opportunity to immerse yourself in your city and your community and become a part of the fabric of your environment.

One piece of advice I would give is try to operate in your optimal zone. This means to try and do what comes naturally to you and excel at that. Don’t get bogged down in doing the things that you find overly exhausting or complicated. Try to find someone to help you or hire that task out to a third party.

My brand story has not been written yet. I am always changing and always evolving and I’m excited for the future!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would def check out Soho Beach House in South Beach. Whether you pick a spot to chill out on the roof and enjoy a Picante margarita or come later that evening to enjoy a DJ set of their constantly changing roster of talent.

During the week we would have to hit Sushi Garage for a happy hour and creative sushi creations

Pool day at The Standard Spa. Stay all day and enjoy the stunning sunset views from the bay.

Late night we are hitting South Beach’s newest LGBTQ bar, Nathan’s. Newly redesigned and reopened. The drinks are strong the boys are hot !

Its impossible to visit Miami with out having some Latin in your life. I would head over to West Miami for a wine down Wednesday at Happy Wine. One of the biggest wine selections in Miami. You can buy your own bottle order from a delicious selection of tapas all while enjoying live latin vibes.
