We had the good fortune of connecting with George Munoz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi George, how do you think about risk?
I see risk as a calculated opportunity for growth and innovation. Taking risks has been instrumental in pushing me out of my comfort zone, leading to significant personal and professional development. Most time I see it as if, example: Is not a lot of people are willing to do it I see it as a challenge and more likely if I am able to push through and figure out a positive outcome, more likely i’ll be successful, (either by profiting or if I end up failing a good lesson or the blessing of meeting new people in that particular process) , it gets me closer to the end goal..

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My primary focus is sourcing off-market real estate opportunities and catering to investors’ needs. I also oversee one of our Miami offices for Homeinc. Also whenever I spot a real estate opportunity where I can leverage my efforts for flipping, renting, or short-term rentals, I seize it.

This journey hasn’t always been smooth. For the longest time, I had the desire to expand and begin leveraging investments. Over time, I developed skills and I started seeing opportunities everywhere. I noticed a gap in the market – a significant number of investors lacked comprehensive education and/or often stuck to a single approach or exit strategy .

This realization led me to establish a local real estate community called “Chill and Real Estate.” Through this community, I aim to empower real estate investors, whether they’re seeking confidence or aspiring to become investors themselves. It’s about broadening horizons and providing a supportive space for growth and learning.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
First , I will definitely show my office ( just cos I like it , hehe) then Miami design district , eat lunch anywhere, Then, I guess go up to Hollywood beach , walk around , talk and chill, go to my house , pick up my family and eat on a very, VERY good , low key restaurant in Davie FL called Gogiya Korean restaurant.. Then (after dropping the kids back home) , Maybe if we have some energy take him to the Hard Rock guitar hotel and chill at the bar.
