Hi Chelsea, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think one of the most important factors behind my success, and the success of my business, is consistency and reliability. Even during the early days of my business, when I didn’t have the confidence or felt like I was going to fail, no matter what – I continued to promote, market, and show up for my business. This consistency was seen by future clients, friends, colleagues, and was noticed. I think it created a ripple effect, and the community started to see that I was reliable, and was always committed to my word. I’ve always been super consistent as well, and the quality of my work, and have had so many word-of-mouth referrals. I’m also a real person, and don’t pretend to act like I know everything about my business and the marketing world, I’m always open to learning and growing with my clients.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a social media and marketing company, that specializes in helping small local businesses, put forth their best marketing efforts. Whether that be through social media, content creation, graphic design, branding, email campaigns, influencer relations, and more. What sets us apart from others, is that we actually have relationships with our clients. We create real authentic content, that users want to see. We don’t use stock images. We don’t create generic captions using AI, and we put the most effort into being creative and different.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, I live in Jupiter, Florida, and these are my favorite spots to see!

Samantha Farmer, of Samantha Farmer Photo + Film, was the one who pushed me to quit my full-time job and focus full-time on my new business. She also has worked with me throughout the years on content, shoots and photography for my business.

Allie Dunham was my first employee, and she 100% helped me create the foundation for my business, as well as contributed to the creative side. She’s a smart cookie.

My first client, Perk Coffeehosue, was the start to an amazing journey and business growth. I’ll always be grateful for my early clients! They trusted me and believed in me.
