Hi Sarah, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Following the SWW Method! The SWW Method is a 10 step proprietary process that takes you through the course of your day. From the moment you wake up, until you shut your eyes at night- you can follow 10 simple steps to create regimen and routine. I feel the most successful when following it because it starts with hydration and it ends with a windown ritual. As a busy entrepreneur and mother of two bookending my day with healthy choices makes me feel empowered. This Method also allows me to veer off course and I can always come back to one of the steps for a win.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes, My husband. I began my business in 2016 when I was pregnant with our first son. I was working in advertising and when I went on maternity leave I started my side hustle. Very quickly, my side hustle because we full blown business and my husband has supported me the entire way. He’s been at my side listening to me, pushing me, challenging me and he’s been my guiding force. Additionally, he took over a lot of the responsibilities of our family- pick ups from school, coaching sports and letting me take naps on the weekend to recover. If anyone ever asks me the secret to my success – it’s him.
