Hi Christiana, how has your work-life balance changed over time?

Initially, my focus was solely on advancing my career and seizing every opportunity that came my way. I was driven by ambition and the desire to achieve professional success. However, as I embarked on the journey of marriage and family life, my perspective gradually shifted. I came to realize that true fulfillment encompasses not only career achievements but also personal relationships and well-being. Striking a balance between work and life became increasingly important to me. While I still harbor a deep passion for what I do professionally, I’ve learned to prioritize my family and personal time as well. This newfound equilibrium has not only enriched my personal life but has also enhanced my effectiveness and satisfaction in my career. By nurturing both aspects of my life, I’ve become a more fulfilled and well-rounded individual, capable of thriving in all facets of life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Our business stands out for its commitment to impactful projects that resonate deeply with audiences. Whether it’s rescuing animals or showcasing the stories of extraordinary individuals, we strive to create content that leaves a lasting impression. One of our notable endeavors is the HBO show “A Tiny Audience,” where viewers are treated to intimate performances by musical artists, offering a unique and up-close experience. Another project close to our hearts was the pilot series  “Everglades Guardians” series, where we collaborated with Veterans and first responders to explore the therapeutic effects of their involvement in Everglades conservation efforts. Witnessing the transformative power of nature on their mental well-being was truly inspiring, highlighting the importance of environmental stewardship.

As a television producer, I oversee every aspect of production, from conceptualization to execution. From brainstorming new show ideas to managing budgets and schedules, my role is multifaceted. I assemble diverse teams, make creative decisions, handle logistical operations, and ensure the final product meets the highest standards.

Our journey has been marked by challenges, but we’ve overcome them with resilience and innovation. What sets us apart is our unwavering passion for storytelling and our dedication to projects that inspire, inform, and entertain. We want the world to know that our business is driven by a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact through our work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

If my best friend were visiting the area for a week-long trip, I’d want to show them an unforgettable time. We’d start by immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of Everglades National Park, staying at the Flamingo Campground in the cozy “glamping tents.” We’d rent a boat and venture into the backcountry, where we’d discover expansive lakes teeming with wildlife, from majestic ospreys to the endangered Everglades species. After soaking in the wilderness, we’d head north towards Miami. Our next stop would be Knaus Berry Farm, where we’d indulge in their famous cinnamon rolls, savoring the flavors of local delicacies. Continuing our journey, we’d explore the historic charm of Coral Gables, admiring its beautiful architecture and dining at some of the city’s finest restaurants.
As we delve deeper into Miami’s vibrant culture, we’d traverse the eclectic neighborhoods, from the colorful street art of Wynwood to the bustling streets of Brickell and the lively atmosphere of Calle Ocho. Along the way, we’d sample diverse cuisines, sip cocktails at trendy bars, and soak up the energetic ambiance of this dynamic city. From nature adventures to culinary delights and cultural experiences, our itinerary would showcase the best of Miami’s fun, exciting, and fascinating attractions.

In dedicating this shoutout, I wholeheartedly extend my gratitude and appreciation to my husband and kids. Their unwavering support, unconditional love, and encouragement have been the driving force behind my journey and accomplishments.Their belief in me, coupled with their relentless encouragement, has empowered me to pursue my dreams with confidence and determination. Every milestone I’ve reached and every challenge I’ve overcome has been made possible by the nurturing environment my husband and kids have given me.. Their presence in my life is a constant reminder of the power of love, support, and unity, for which I am endlessly grateful.
