We had the good fortune of connecting with Liz Espina and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Liz, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
As the founder of Happy Kitchn Studio, my journey began with a deep passion for Italian cuisine and the desire to share that love with others. I’ve always believed that cooking is not just about preparing food; it’s about creating experiences and fostering connections. With Happy Kitchn Studio, I wanted to provide a platform where individuals could immerse themselves in the art of pasta cooking, learn valuable culinary skills, and, most importantly, savor the joy of homemade pasta with friends and family. The thought of starting my own business was driven by a vision to cultivate a welcoming and immersive environment where pasta enthusiasts of all skill levels could come together to learn, create, and indulge. Each step of this journey has been guided by a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for sharing the pleasures of cooking with others.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My journey to where I am today has been filled with both challenges and triumphs. Building Happy Kitchn Studio from the ground up was no easy feat, and it required dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace uncertainty. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of resilience, adaptability, and staying true to my vision, even in the face of adversity.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the power of collaboration and community. By surrounding myself with talented individuals and fostering meaningful connections, I’ve been able to overcome obstacles and achieve success beyond my wildest dreams.
Ultimately, I want the world to know that Happy Kitchn Studio is more than just a place to learn how to cook pasta; it’s a celebration of food, culture, and creativity. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a novice cook, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and explore at Happy Kitchn Studio. And my hope is that each person who walks through our doors leaves with not only new culinary skills but also cherished memories that last a lifetime.
