We had the good fortune of connecting with Nad Pitt and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nad, how does your business help the community?
Question, reframed for my business: “In what ways does your music and business contribute to the betterment of the community or society as a whole?”

Nad Pitt’s music aims to elevate conversations around sexuality by framing it within the context of family and procreation. Nad uses terms like ‘goddesses’ to honor and respect women, shifting away from derogatory language commonly found in hip hop. This approach fosters healthier perspectives on relationships and self-worth within our communities.

Hip hop has a profound impact on the behaviors and beliefs of underrepresented communities. Through Nad Pitt’s music, he aims to address social issues and cultural influences in a way that promotes hypnotic healing and empowerment. By providing accessible healing music that resonates with current societal challenges, Nad Pitt contributes to positive change within our communities and acts as a significant to the next renaissance surrounding cultural practices.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Nad Pitt records a majority of his works, in an improvisational manner – rarely performing anything written or premeditated. He also records himself utilizing Warm Audio outboard gear and mixes his records, himself using the Reaper Digital Audio Workstation.

One of Nad Pitt’s goals is to empower listeners to embrace their benevolently divine potential and celebrate their self-awareness. Through conscious hip hop, Nad Pitt promotes unity and solidarity within our communities by highlighting shared values and intimate experiences. This collective empowerment fosters positive change at both individual and societal levels.

Nad Pitt’s acclaim in 2024 took trust and honor. Many artists race to the spotlight, often time sacrificing longevity and meaningful development for the sake of fast fame. Contrastingly, Nad Pitt has taken his time recording soulful raps, interacting with his community, learning, practicing plant medicine – and showing up for his family – and these attributes is what makes Nad Pitt a prolific and impactful musician in his field.

Nad Pitt has learned to remain open-hearted while remaining alert for falsified and forced allegiances. Many will come into a creative atmosphere to leech light. If one’s purpose is truly to “save the world”, they must excel and socialize in a manner fit for the most royal of influencers on this planet.

Nad Pitt is a modest human seeking to show the world they too can answer the call to be the best versions of themselves, quantumly possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
First thing, first – we’re stepping outside by 8:00 AM to go on a walk, Sungaze, and feel the breeze. Especially during the Summer, the Sun can be unforgiving. Sunrise and Sunset is a different story.

Our first stop is at Elixir Kava Boutique in Hollywood, FL. We will start off the day with a tea in the same plant plant family as coffeeberry – Mitragyna Speciosa. The K-Tea is the perfect beverage. Filled with Antioxidants and Alkaloids – it invigorates the mind, energizes the body, and replaces the need for coffee. It honestly makes everything 10x better…. except for food as it curbs your appetite.

Afterwards, if they’re anything like me – we’ll hop around from Recording Music, Thrifting, and grabbing small snacks at your pricey nutritional stores.

After being creatively productive, we’ll head to LoveLife Vegan cafe for a hearty and tasty lunch, visit Elixir Kava Boutique – again… but the South Beach location….. get Florida-Sober off of Kava, watch the Sunset… and if we’re still hungry – visit Planta for some Plant-Based sushi or Dub n Grub for the best plant based Caribbean food…..

Afterwards – we’d hit up a music studio to create and network again… and let the rest of the evening guide itself as most Miamian’s would.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Carol City, now recognized as the community of Miami Gardens, is the physical catalyst to Nad Pitt’s personal identity as a Creative Professional.

Growing up in Carol City as an Afro-Latino came with social dilemmas and life-altering obstacles.

A fruitful tree always starts as a seed. At first, it is dark, as the plant prepares itself to self-actualize and break through it’s dirt based firmament.

Nad Pitt was ostracized from social groups due to his eclectic nature and diverse ethnicity. This meant that Nad Pitt would eventually find himself passing time reading literature, writing, and drawing.

Early in life, Nad Pitt filled his social battery by wowing peers with his anime illustrations, his teachers by being a top performer, and himself by writing lyrics inspired by artists like Lil’ Wayne, Kanye West, Biggie, Andre 3000 and Biggie.

Eventually, Nad Pitt created a community service initiative that coincided with county wide poetry slams – incorporating the healing and expressive nature of writing with the performative push of public speaking. Traveling across Miami-Dade with his colleagues proved to be another catalyst in his creative endeavors.

Mix that with being a Drum Major (a glorified Student Leader and Choreographer to a 300+ piece Marching Band) and you have Nad Pitt – a human being made to become a pioneer in his passions as to bring communities together, creatively and entertainingly.
