We had the good fortune of connecting with María Florencia Di Croche and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi María Florencia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was a journey of self-discovery and reflection. After over 20 years of a successful career as a Marketing and Sales Director in digital media and renowned NGOs, I faced significant personal challenges that pushed me to build resilience and rethink what success really meant to me. During this time, I started questioning whether my actions aligned with my values. While I enjoyed marketing, I realized there was something missing when I was only focused on goals that didn’t fully resonate with my deeper values. I felt a strong need to align my career with a more authentic and meaningful life purpose.
This led to the creation of Believe it HUB, initially as a marketing consulting firm for companies committed to social and environmental impact. But I soon realized that real change goes beyond sustainability strategies; it’s about influencing the mindset of the people behind the brands. This understanding inspired me to study Coaching and expand my services to help others connect with their purpose, discover their true selves, and lead with authenticity.
Today, along with consulting, I offer coaching sessions and workshops, and I’m launching a program focused on Consciousness Awakening. I’m also excited about the launch of a new project from Believe it HUB: the @BeYouRetreat, which will combine coaching, biodescodification, astrology, yoga, meditation and more, in inspiring locations like Buzios and Tulum.
Believe it HUB is currently expanding and undergoing a redesign (literally), but I’m thrilled because it goes beyond creating effective marketing strategies and impactful campaigns; it’s about driving a holistic change in how people and companies interact with the world. I took the leap to pursue my dreams and build a business that not only aims for commercial success but also seeks to live with purpose and connect with our best selves.
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m approaching my first year as an entrepreneur, a path I never imagined taking earlier in my life, but one where I’ve learned to navigate the waves with confidence. When you embark on the adventure of entrepreneurship, you confront two significant challenges. Firstly, there’s no longer a predictable linear path where you work and receive a paycheck at the end of the month. Instead, it’s about creating, learning, and striving towards goals with inevitable ups and downs. If you stumble and lack the confidence to rise and continue, progress can stall. That’s why I believe connecting with your most authentic self aligns you with purpose, making each day of building your dream feel weightless and invaluable.
The second challenge has been finding balance between personal and work life—balancing who I was and who I aspire to be. It hasn’t been an easy journey, but discovering this equilibrium has been deeply rewarding.
Finding this balance involved years of challenges and learning what it truly means and how to maintain it. Previously, especially during my employment, I was a workaholic, constantly chasing goals and recognition. Neglecting self-care, exercise, mindful eating, hobbies, and quality time with loved ones led to an unhealthy lifestyle where professional success came at a personal cost.
Everything changed nearly five years ago with the birth of my son Milo. Despite a perfect pregnancy, Milo was born with severe health issues—total hypotonia, swallowing difficulties, and asphyxia. Doctors held little hope, predicting he might not survive or, if he did, face significant limitations. However, my husband and I chose to believe in his potential. Through a blend of faith, science, and holistic practices like Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditations, along with conventional and alternative therapies, we embarked on a disciplined journey.
Today, Milo is five and living a completely normal life, defying the initial prognosis. His journey taught me the importance of balance, gratitude, and holistic health practices. I now prioritize meditation, exercise, mindful eating, and avoiding negativity. Cherishing moments with family and focusing on personal growth has become my mantra.
Professionally, running my own business has been transformative. It’s no longer just “work”—I pursue my passion, live authentically, and relish every step. Witnessing positive client outcomes and progress fills me with deep satisfaction. For me, true balance means harmonizing every aspect of life with gratitude and love.
What is the most important factor behind your success or the success of your brand?
The key to Believe it HUB’s success is our commitment to authenticity and making a real impact in everything we do. In a world full of surface-level strategies, we focus on genuinely connecting with the people and businesses we work with. Being authentic not only builds trust but also helps us create strategies that truly resonate with our clients’ purpose and values.
As a remote-first company, we’ve learned how to build strong, passionate teams that fully align with the mission of each client. Our teams consist of industry experts, which allows us to provide real value and a specialized approach that goes beyond the usual. We work with people who share our mission and bring unique insights to every project.
In our mentoring, we don’t just share technical knowledge—we guide our clients with our own experiences. We understand the challenges and opportunities because we’ve faced them ourselves. This lets us offer genuine, relevant support that connects on both a personal and professional level.
For our coaching programs, we focus on the whole person, not just their current role. We believe in holistic personal development, helping our clients grow in all areas of their lives. Our programs are designed to support their growth in a way that goes beyond the workplace and leads to a life of purpose and fulfillment.
In short, it’s our blend of authenticity, passion, lived experience, and a holistic approach that sets Believe it HUB apart. We’re dedicated to making a real, positive impact and helping our clients create a life and work (and their brands) that truly reflect their deepest values and purpose.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting the area, I’d ensure they had an unforgettable experience. In Argentina, we’re known for being great hosts and putting a lot of love into dinners with friends at our homes. Nothing is warmer, more genuine, and friendly than grilling something delicious and sharing a pleasant moment with my family. We’d also enjoy beach days with magical sunsets, a walk through the forest, and water sports on the river. What I love most about living on Argentina’s coast is the variety of places to connect with nature and loved ones, escaping daily routines.
My focus in life and my legacy center on resilience and personal growth, rather than appearances. I firmly believe that offering meaningful, authentic experiences is crucial for enriching our lives and those around us.
What legacy would you like to leave?
My legacy is built on several meaningful layers. First, there’s my son, Milo. He has been a constant source of inspiration and has taught me the true meaning of resilience, gratitude, and faith. Watching his progress and strength has shown me the power of love and commitment.
Another important part of my legacy is the book I wrote, Amar para Sanar (Love to Heal). Although I’m still looking for the right publisher, this book represents my personal and professional journey toward healing and growth. I hope that once it’s published, it will provide others with the tools and inspiration that helped me along my own path.
I’d like to be remembered as a resilient, empathetic, optimistic, and empowered woman. Throughout my life, I’ve worked to embody these qualities, and I believe it’s important that these values are part of what I leave behind.
Looking to the future, I dream of creating an NGO to support mothers of children with disabilities or severe conditions at a young age. My goal is to offer them support, tools, and hope so they can find their own strength and create their own miracles. I want to make this accessible and impactful, truly making a difference in the lives of these families.
In essence, my legacy reflects my commitment to life, personal growth, and helping others discover their inner strength and purpose.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First, I want to acknowledge my past self, who brought me to where I am today, and every painful decision I made along the way. Then I honor my parents for the simple fact that they gave me the gift of life. Then, I want to recognize my love, Alejandro, for being my companion, my friend, my partner, and my unconditional support. I also want to thank my son, who is my greatest teacher in this life. At just five years old, he showed me the path and gave me tools that are now fundamental in my life. I want to thank the NGO Change.org because, without that experience, I might never have had the courage to become an entrepreneur. I also want to thank Dr. Joe Dispenza for his book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, which came into my life during the toughest time, when my son was fighting for his life, and gave me the tools to transform our reality. I want to thank Eckhart Tolle for his book The Power of Now, too. Finally, I would like to thank Andrea Sampere, my guide, my holistic therapist.
