We had the good fortune of connecting with Estrella Alvarado and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Estrella, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Meditation, Somatic Practices, working out and taking time for myself first helped my business thrive. Every day before I start my work day I take about 1.5 hrs for myself so I can show up fully for my clients.

I take time to tend to how I feel, what I need, and I ask myself how can I be the best version of myself today?

Serving from a place of love and abundance.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I love helping business owners who are devoted and passionate in what they do, and confidently showing up online to show their true gifts/skills. I do this through in-person content days, social media management and 1:1 coaching sessions.

One of my favorite things is when I talk to my clients about a specific vision they have and I’m able to intuitively bring it to life. I love making them feel heard, seen and most importantly a guiding light for those who don’t have time/mental space to create.

Business these last 1.5 years has not been easy but building a nourished and sustainable business has created ease in my life and I have been able to have so much fun expressing my creativity online. Business is meant to evolve and change throughout time – it’s a whole journey within itself.

One grand advice I always give my clients is to: Learn how to experiment – all content won’t be a hit but it will help you stay consistent and keep showing up in the best way that feels good TO YOU. Not everyone else…

Being authentically yourself will attract your dream clients!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is filled with beautiful beaches, places to eat and full of fun artsy places to visit. I would take them to Miami Beach in the morning to watch the sunrise and then grab coffee at Pura Vida, then get ready to explore town, Brickell City Centre and Wynwood are my go to spots to explore and then at night time we would go to Lagniappe, where they play Jazz, they build your own Charcuterie Board and then you can go in the back where its full of lights and music to relax and catch up with friends.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I am fully supported by my parents, Luis & Mary, and my brother Luisinho – they light up my life and give me purpose to fulfill my dreams.

There are two pivotal moments that changed my views on life and business: When I went to a Dr. Joe Dispenza Weeklong Meditation retreat in Mexico and when I read the book The Surrender Experiment by Michael Alan Singer; I even got to meet him in person in Gainsville at the Temple of the Universe.
