We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Feldman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rachel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
What really makes a brand hit it big? It boils down to three key things: getting customers to fall in love with your brand, making stuff that actually works, and treating people right when they need help.

Think about brand loyalty for a minute. It’s not just about people buying your products repeatedly – it’s about them feeling genuinely connected to what your brand stands for. When someone truly loves a brand, they become your biggest cheerleader. They’ll tell their friends, family, and probably anyone who’ll listen about how great you are. That kind of word-of-mouth magic? You just can’t buy it.

Now, let’s talk about product quality. You’ve got to deliver the goods – literally. No amount of flashy marketing can make up for products that don’t meet expectations. But here’s the thing: it’s not about being the most expensive or the fanciest. It’s about being reliable and delivering what you promise. When people know they can count on your products, they’ll keep coming back.

And customer service? This is where so many brands either shine or stumble. In today’s world, where people have endless choices, how you treat your customers can make or break your success. When something goes wrong (and let’s be real, things do go wrong sometimes), it’s how you handle it that people remember.

Here’s what’s really cool: when you nail all three of these things, they start working together like a well-oiled machine. Good products make happy customers, great service keeps them satisfied, and before you know it, you’ve got loyal fans who stick with you through thick and thin. It’s like a snowball effect that keeps your brand growing and thriving, even when times get tough.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am most proud of myself for having different streams of income. I have my 1 on 1 coaching. I have a mastermind, and I have the done-for-you products for health and wellness coaches.

I got here today because I listened to my gut and pushed through fears. I was a health coach for seven years until I started to create content for coaches. We create done for you list builders, workshops, websites and even programs. There was a coach when I first created my own signature program that asked me if I could sell her my program.

A light went off in my head and so I said to her, “Give me one month and then you can buy it.”

This was the beginning of the done for you programs. Business is often birthed from gut intuition.

Success is never easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it.

I had to overcome challenges by shifting my mindset. I had to push through my fears of public speaking by doing a video challenge on YouTube.

There are so many lessons I have learned but most of all it is important to believe in your crazy idea even if others don’t see it.

You have to believe.

My brand is a no BS approach to teaching coaches how to successfully build businesses online. You wont get any fluff here.
