Today we’re excited to be connecting with Isnery Marrero again. If you haven’t already, we suggest you check out our prior conversation with them here.

Isnery, always such a pleasure connecting with you and thank you for sharing your stories, insights and inspiring messages with our community. We’re looking forward to getting the download and what you have been up to since our last interview, but first can you briefly introduce yourself to folks who might have missed the prior conversation.
I’m Isnery, a creative entrepreneur, content creator, and photographer passionate about celebrating beauty and meaningful experiences. I run two creative brands: Nery Vision, now expanded with Vivid Miles, and Nery’s Craft Shop.

Nery Vision began as a portrait photography business capturing milestone moments such as graduations, family portraits, and events. Over time, my love for exploration and storytelling led me to expand with Vivid Miles, which blends photography with travel, adventure, and lifestyle content. Through this platform, I share hidden gems, travel guides, and unique experiences that inspire others to embrace their journeys fully.

Nery’s Craft Shop brings my creative ideas to life through custom, high-quality crafts for weddings, resin art, woodwork, and much more. From personalized face fans to meaningful keepsakes, I love helping others celebrate life’s most special moments with handmade creations that are both thoughtful and memorable.

What sets me apart is my ability to seamlessly blend storytelling, creativity, and a genuine passion for people across both brands. My journey continues to be shaped by a desire to capture and create beautiful memories in meaningful ways, and I’m excited to keep evolving and sharing this journey.

Great, so let’s jump into an update on what you have been up to since we last spoke. What can you share with us?
Since my last interview, a lot has changed and evolved, and I’m thrilled to share what I’ve been up to. One of the biggest updates is the expansion of Nery Vision with Vivid Miles by Nery Vision. This addition has allowed me to blend my love for portrait photography with my passion for travel, adventure, and lifestyle content. Now, I’m not just capturing milestone moments like graduations and family portraits—I’m also exploring hidden gems, sharing travel guides, and inspiring others to embrace every part of their journey.

On the crafting side, I’ve revamped Nery’s Craft Shop, giving it a fresh new focus. I now offer custom creations for weddings, resin art, woodwork, and more. You can find my products on Etsy and my own website. I’m also in the process of trying to expand with brands like The Knot and Zola, which is incredibly exciting. Additionally, I’ve made it a priority to participate in more vendor events to connect with customers directly and showcase my work in person.

This journey has had its challenges—juggling multiple creative ventures requires careful balance, but seeing my vision come to life and connecting with people who value thoughtful craftsmanship and storytelling makes it all worth it. I’m also focused on growing my audience and building a community that appreciates both creative artistry and meaningful experiences.

When you look back on your life, what are three things you expect to be proud of?
When I look back on my life, I expect to be proud of three things. First, graduating with my master’s degree—a milestone that represents perseverance and dedication to my personal and professional growth. Second, finding a career I absolutely love as a school counselor, where I can make a meaningful impact on students’ lives and help guide them towards their future. Finally, never giving up on growing my business, despite the frustrations, downfalls, stress, and disappointments along the way. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the lessons, resilience, and victories make it all worthwhile.
