Meet Jordan Karp | CEO of Jordan Karp LLC

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jordan Karp and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jordan, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Some of the most important habits that have shaped both my personal and professional journey are taking initiative, acting with urgency, and remaining consistent in my efforts. I’ve learned that waiting for the perfect moment or relying on others to take the lead often results in missed opportunities. Instead, I aim to approach tasks proactively, with a mindset of addressing things in the moment rather than delaying action.
Consistency and persistence are traits I value highly—they help ensure that my methods of execution remain steady, even when the circumstances are challenging. I also place a strong emphasis on follow-through. Whether it’s checking in on a deal, revisiting a conversation, or simply closing the loop, I believe consistent communication makes all the difference.
Lastly, I try to approach setbacks with resilience and humility. I’ve come to see failure not as a stopping point, but as part of the process—an opportunity to learn, reassess, and improve. These habits continue to guide me as I grow and evolve in my career.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Building this business has been anything but easy. It’s taken relentless hustle, determination, and a deep commitment to the process—often requiring sacrifice and resilience. From the beginning, I’ve learned that success isn’t about listening to outside noise; it’s about staying focused, doing the work, and letting the results speak for themselves.
There were countless moments of failure, rejection, and doubt—even from those around me—but I’ve always believed in pushing through. I tapped into what I knew I had inside and stayed locked in on creating something real. That focus, paired with a genuine love for the process, fueled the drive to keep going and to turn what once felt like a distant goal into a tangible outcome.
Every challenge taught me how to navigate adversity, take smart risks, and operate in unfamiliar spaces where growth lives. That’s what continues to motivate me—the belief that even in discomfort, there’s opportunity.
Today, the business reflects that journey. It’s not just about real estate, it’s a full- service, lifestyle-driven approach that integrates hospitality, client service, and vertically aligned resources to create something more meaningful and lasting.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is truly one of the best cities in the world—there’s no place like it. If you’re visiting or showing a friend around, there’s no shortage of incredible spots to experience. For dining, I always recommend starting with the glamorous, supper-club vibe at Delilah in Brickell—it’s the perfect mix of great food, live entertainment, and vintage Miami charm. For something high-energy and modern, Papi Steak or Swan in the Design District always impress. And one of my personal favorites is Mandolin Bistro in Buena Vista—its relaxed atmosphere and Mediterranean-inspired dishes make it a go-to spot for a more intimate, laid- back meal.
As for things to do, a walk through Wynwood Walls or a boat day on Biscayne Bay are always great options. And for something more active, playing paddle ball has become a favorite pastime—especially on the pink paddle court at my office, which has turned into a fun and energizing way to unwind and stay competitive.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a great deal of credit and recognition to my clients. Their trust, vision, and continued support have been the driving force behind my business. In 2024 alone, I had the privilege of closing over $260 million in real estate transactions— and that level of success is only possible because of the incredible individuals I’ve had the chance to work with.
This year, in 2025, I had the honor of brokering the $60 million off-market sale of 66 La Gorce Circle—one of the most significant single-family home transactions in Miami Beach. It was a complex, high-stakes deal that reinforced the importance of discretion, strategy, and persistence at every stage.
In 2024, I also facilitated the $55 million off-market sale of the SLS Brickell Hotel, a major hospitality asset in Downtown Miami that included the hotel, ground-floor retail, and all FF&E components.
These transactions reflect the diversity of my work—from luxury residential to large-scale commercial assets. Each deal presents a new challenge, and every client brings a fresh perspective. I’m constantly learning, evolving, and pushing to deliver at the highest level. I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me and proud to help turn their goals into reality.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is rooted in a full-service, hospitality-driven approach that extends beyond transactions—it’s a lifestyle. We operate as a vertically integrated real estate platform, offering clients a seamless, resource-rich experience across development, brokerage, and design. What sets us apart is our commitment to being accommodating, strategic, and deeply personalized in every aspect of what we do.
For me, building this business came from within. It was about tapping into focus and drive, using the adrenaline of the process to carry me through challenges that once felt impossible. What once seemed like a distant dream became reality through persistence, resilience, and a willingness to embrace discomfort. I’ve learned that where there’s adversity, there’s also opportunity—and greatness on the other side.
That journey gave me the confidence to keep going, to take risks, and to thrive even in unfamiliar territory. Now, with that same mindset, I’ve built a business that reflects that energy—bold, driven, and always evolving.
