Those years in support roles were incredibly valuable, I gained deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience, but eventually, I hit a point where I was no longer growing. I was simply helping others grow. I stayed in that comfort zone for longer than I should have, until one day, I decided to take a leap of faith. Read More>>
