We had the good fortune of connecting with Sanela Ebbeskov Jankovic and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sanela, what do you attribute your success to?
At iUSE Photography, the most important factor behind our success has been our unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and building genuine relationships – with both our clients and our team. As an engineer by education, I bring a detail-oriented mindset and a systems-driven approach to the creative world of real estate photography, media, and marketing. That balance of structure, processes, editing and photography artistry is at the heart of everything we do.

We’ve grown iUSE Photography by staying true to our values: consistently delivering high-quality real estate media visuals, always being responsive and professional, and never cutting corners. Our clients trust us because we care deeply about their success – whether they are realtors, homeowners, property managers, interior designers, or developers. We understand that every real estate listing matters, and we treat each photoshoot project, large or small, with the same level of dedication.

Our iUSE photography brand has also succeeded because we’ve built a strong internal culture: our skilled photographers, trained editors, and friendly customer support staff are passionate, advanced, trained, and empowered to take pride in their work. That shows in every finished real estate photography and media product we deliver.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
iUSE Photography is a professional real estate media company that my husband Morten and I co-founded almost 10 years ago. We specialize in high-end photography, video, drone, Matterport tours, Virtual Staging, Single Property Websites, and floor plans for real estate listings. Our goal has always been to help agents, brokers, homeowners, and developers present properties in the best possible light – with speed, reliability, and exceptional quality.

What sets us apart is the blend of real estate expertise and visual storytelling. Morten, with his background as a former real estate broker and property investor in Denmark, brings deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of what actually sells a property. I bring an engineering background and a love for systems, details, our custom-built user-friendly software platform, and consistent quality. Together, we’ve created a real estate photography & marketing service that’s not just visually beautiful, but practical, fast, affordable, and scalable – something agents can rely on again and again.

Getting to where we are today wasn’t easy. We started from scratch in a new country, with no network and no shortcuts. We worked 7 days a week for years – our team of photographers were shooting properties, our editing team were editing around the clock, and we were emailing clients, doing online and in-person marketing, building our team, developing systems and building our unique Real Estate Photography business www.iUSEphotography.com, and Real Estate Photography Media Software Platform www.iUSEplatform.com, while raising a family and navigating the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. But we believed in what we were building. And more importantly, we believed in each other.

There were times it was overwhelming, but we overcame challenges by staying focused on our clients and committed to our extremely high standards. If something wasn’t working, we adjusted it right away. If we needed to learn a new skill, we did. We were never afraid to roll up our sleeves and take action.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that consistency beats intensity. It’s not about the big wins, but it’s about showing up, every single day, with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. That’s what builds trust, and that’s why we’ve been able to grow our Real Estate Photography & Media business iUSE photography to becoming the #1 Real Estate Photography & Marketing company in South East Florida. We have also expanded to other states, besides Florida, including, New York, Chicago, Atlanta and to another country, the Dominican Republic.

Today, we’re proud to serve some of the top real estate professionals in South Florida and the different areas that we also cover. But we’re still hands-on, still learning, and still deeply passionate about what we do. We’re excited about the future, about new tools, new markets, and continuing to innovate.
We have also launched our White Label Software Solution to help other Real Estate Photography companies grow and scale their business, by utilizing our innovative and custom-built platform www.iUSEplatform.com
Besides, we also own and operate www.iUSEpropertywebsite.com offering affordable and easy-to-use Single Property Websites for Realtors, home-owners and vacation rental companies. Lastly, we have recently launched our newest website, which is www.PropertyDescription.AI offering Realtors and property owners a great tool to write captivating listing descriptions for their listed properties for sale or rent utilizing AI.

What we want the world to know is that iUSE Photography is more than just a photo, video and media service. It’s a partnership. Our clients know they can count on us, not just for beautiful visuals, but for integrity, reliability, and a genuine interest in their success.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend came to visit South Florida, I’d make sure they left completely in love with the area, and probably wanting to move here! With its mix of culture, beaches, food, and that beautiful tropical vibe, there’s no shortage of magic to experience.

Day 1 – Arrival + Sunset Welcome
We’d kick things off with sunset cocktails at Smith & Wollensky on Miami Beach – beautiful water views, elegant atmosphere, and that perfect first “wow” moment. Great people watching spot, dinner would follow at Carbone for an unforgettable meal.

Day 2 – Beach Day & Casual Vibes
A relaxing morning at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, where the beach is laid-back, charming, and walkable. We’d grab fish tacos at Aruba Beach Cafe, then enjoy some local gelato while browsing small boutiques. Evening drinks at Sparrow Rooftop Bar in Fort Lauderdale for skyline views and chic ambiance.

Day 3 – Culture & Design
We’d head to Brickell in Miami for brunch, followed by a quick walk around Brickell Key overlooking the beautiful city skyline of Brickell, the boats and enjoying the water. Then we would head to Wynwood Walls for art, street murals, and that creative energy you can’t find anywhere else. Late lunch at Mandolin Aegean Bistro, then a stop at the Design District to shop and people-watch. We’d wrap the day with sunset yoga on South Pointe Park Pier or a beach walk.

Day 4 – Nature + Hidden Gems
Morning airboat tour through the Everglades: an unforgettable way to experience the wild side of Florida. Then, a more local gem: Bonnet House Museum & Gardens in Fort Lauderdale, historic, lush, and calming. Dinner at DUNE by Auberge, right on the beach.

Day 5 – Boating Day!
No visit here is complete without time on the water. I’d rent a boat or join a yacht charter and cruise the Intracoastal Waterway and Millionaire’s Row, maybe drop anchor near a sandbar or grab lunch dockside at Shooters Waterfront. Golden hour on the water is unreal.

Day 6 – Spa & Luxury Day
Time to recharge at The Standard Spa in Miami or The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Fort Lauderdale. After a day of pampering, dinner at Komodo or Sexy Fish in Brickell, which is always super fun, trendy, and full of energy.

Day 7 – Brunch + Farewell
One final slow morning with brunch at Louie Bossi’s or The Front Porch Cafe, followed by a stroll down Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. A last beach moment to soak it all in before heading home.

What makes South Florida so special, aside from the palm trees and ocean breeze, is the diversity in options and culture. You can go from barefoot beach vibes to rooftop glam in one afternoon. The people are passionate, stylish, and full of energy. There’s a pulse here, and once you feel it, it’s hard to forget.

Without a doubt, my biggest shoutout goes to my husband, business partner, and co-founder of iUSE Photography, Morten Ebbeskov Jankovic. Morten is the true visionary behind our company, the one with the bold ideas, the deep understanding of real estate, and the determination to bring something entirely new to the market.

Before we started iUSE Photography together nearly a decade ago, Morten had already built and sold two successful real estate brokerages in Denmark by the age of 32, and had flipped over 35 properties. His real estate background, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, was the spark that ignited our real estate photography and media business, www.iUSEphotography.com. He saw a need for high-quality, reliable, and elevated visual real estate photography and media marketing in the real estate world, and he knew we could fill that gap together.

While I bring structure, systems, our customized software platform, and a strong technical and engineering mindset to the business, Morten brings vision, strategy, and creativity. We are complete opposites in many ways, but that’s exactly why we make the perfect team. We balance each other out, challenge each other, and continuously push each other, and our business to evolve and improve.
