We had the good fortune of connecting with Laura Caro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Laura, what do you attribute your success to?
I think perseverance its been one of the most important things! I started my business 16 years ago in my country, Venezuela, and i managed to become really succesful there despite the social economic situation, until it was really challenging to keep on doing it and thats when i decided to migrate, then i could see a lot of friends taking 8 to 5 jobs they hated just to keep up with their lifestyles, i decided this was going to be the one thing i could make a life from, so i started my business here, and there were really tough times, ups and downs and moments where i thought i was not gonna be able to do it anymore, but i believed in my product so much, i kept doing it, and still there are situations that drag me down sometimes, but i persevere cause i know im so good at what i do that it would be a shame to drop it off and let all this years of hard work go to waste.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far. Achieving 100% customer satisfaction is no easy task—meeting everyone’s expectations can be challenging. Unfortunately, in this industry, it’s common to encounter party planners, chefs, and other professionals who limit themselves strictly to the tasks they’re being paid for. It’s rare to find individuals willing to go the extra mile beyond monetary compensation.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to exceptional customer service. We consistently go above and beyond what our clients ask of us. Even when a task falls outside our official responsibilities, we’re always willing to lend a hand, because we genuinely care about making our clients happy. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing their satisfaction and hearing their heartfelt appreciation.

At the end of the day, word of mouth remains the most powerful form of marketing—and it’s earned through dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for what we do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Tho theres a lot of top of the line restaurants and clubs in the Miami-Fort laudrrdale area, im more of a chill kind of person. I always make it a point to take visitors to the beach—Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is my personal favorite. There’s a charming café there called Aruba that I particularly enjoy, known for its great drinks and live music from the ’80s and ’90s. Spending the day by the ocean, staying until nightfall while listening to the waves and enjoying the music with a piña colada in hand, is an absolute must whenever I have guests from abroad.”

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My team, definitely my team, ever since i started my business here ive had the privilege of working alongside highly skilled professionals in the event planning field. Their constant support and the opportunity to learn so much from each of them have been truly invaluable.”

I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ángel Mora from Event Services 305 and Adriana from Adriana’s Party Rentals. We’ve formed an amazing team together. They are both professional, hardworking individuals whom I truly admire.”
