We had the good fortune of connecting with Hallie Bulkin and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hallie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success has been alignment, building from a place where purpose, passion, and strategy intersect. I didn’t start my business just to create another course or certification. I started it because I was watching children sit on pediatric feeding waitlists for months, sometimes years, while clinicians told me they wanted to help but didn’t know how. That broke my heart, and it lit a fire in me.

My mission became clear: to train thousands of speech, occupational, and physical therapists so that they could become pediatric feeding therapists and kids could get the help they need now, not “someday.” Every program I’ve built, from Feed The Peds® to The Myo Membership® and our certifications, is designed to shorten that gap, elevate clinician confidence, and ultimately get more children thriving at the table and beyond.

But alignment alone doesn’t build a brand. The real magic comes from consistency, community, and courage. It’s about showing up when it’s hard, innovating when others stay comfortable, and leading with service over ego. Success, for me, is about scaling both impact and wealth, because financial abundance fuels freedom, innovation, and a greater ability to serve. I believe we can change lives and build empires at the same time. That’s the kind of success I stand for.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Elevation Movement is the company I built to solve a very real problem in healthcare: clinicians are hungry for advanced training, mentorship, and community… but most continuing education leaves them overwhelmed, under-supported, and still unsure how to apply what they learned.

So I created a different model—one that blends clinical excellence with real mentorship, collaboration, and results. Through our programs like Feed The Peds®, The Myo Method®, CPFT™, CMT®, The Pediatric Feeding Hub™, The Myo Membership®, and Online Medical Entrepreneur™, we help clinicians transform their careers, impact, and income. We don’t just teach skills; we build confident, purpose-driven leaders in pediatric feeding, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and beyond.

What sets us apart is the lived experience behind it. I started this company as a one-woman show summer of 2019 and quickly built a small but mighty team while running CEU trainings from my laptop during the pandemic and raising two little girls. I started my podcast in June 2019 and planned to launch my course March 16, 2020. I still launched as the world shut down and no one knew if/when they’d be returning to their day jobs. It wasn’t easy but I did make my first 7 figures in the first year of my online business. That said, there were tech failures, launches that didn’t go as planned, late nights, and plenty of moments where quitting (or just burning it all down!) would’ve been easier over the past 6 years. But every setback forced me to innovate, streamline, and listen more deeply to my community.

The biggest lesson? Alignment creates momentum. When you build from purpose, you can outlast any challenge. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, honor my seasons, and surround myself with people who expand what’s possible.

What I want the world to know about Elevation Movement is this: we’re here to change what continuing education feels like. We’re heart-led and results-driven. We believe mentorship matters. And we believe clinicians deserve to build lives and careers that light them up, not burn them out.

This brand was built on courage, community, and a whole lot of coffee… with a goal to get children off pediatric feeding therapy waitlists ASAP. So while we have trained thousands of therapists since 2020, we are entering into a new phase right now that will have a major ripple effect on our overall mission and the entire industry.

South Florida has this amazing mix of relaxed beach living, elevated dining, and beautiful places to explore. It is the kind of trip where you feel refreshed, spoiled, and completely recharged by the end.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many people and communities who have played a role in my journey, but my biggest shoutout goes to my family and my community of clinicians.

My husband, Vlad, has been my rock through every season of building, dreaming, and pivoting. He’s believed in my vision on the days when I was exhausted, over-caffeinated, and juggling motherhood with CEO life. My daughters, Lily and Mia, remind me daily why I do what I do. They are the heartbeat behind my drive to model what’s possible when a woman builds something with purpose and perseverance.

And then there’s my incredible community — the speech, occupational, and physical therapists who trusted me when I launched my first online course and continue to show up with so much passion and heart. They’re the reason my CEU platform exists. Every message, testimonial, and story of a child finally thriving because of what they’ve learned keeps me inspired to keep raising the bar.

I also have to give credit to my mentors and peers who showed me that you can blend impact with income, build scalable systems, and still lead with heart. None of this happens in isolation. My journey has been built on collaboration, community, and a whole lot of belief.
