We had the good fortune of connecting with Noa Jay and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Noa Jay, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
One way I know whether to keep going or give up is when I always revert back to what I just started on. At times, I wonder why I always comeback. I take it as me having the drive to continue to apply myself to my business. I feel as though my passion for it is a strong one. All I have to do is think why I started in the first place.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business Renès Closet is an online fashion boutique for women. We have a wide variety of options from easy essentials, matching sets, etc. How I got to where I am today was from being inspired by someone special. Renes Closet wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them. I overcame the challenges by continuing to move forward. Whatever happened in the past, I can’t change it. So, I focus on the future because I’m the author to my own story. I learned that patience is a virtue. It’s important to stay in your own lane. I want the world to know that anything is possible, as long as you put your mind to it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my bestie where to come visit me we’d be at an upcoming eatery since all we do is eat, lol. We’ll have drinks at RockBar in Ft. Lauderdale. Visit museums like frost museum and selfie museum. The most exciting thing for me may be the beaches when it comes to tourist. South beach is always a go to but there are a lot of other places that’s just as good.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to give a shoutout to my siblings, Daniella and Schon. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have came this far. They’re always come through for me when I need them and it’s vice versa! I appreciate everything they’ve done for me thus far.
