Meet Bryan Trueblood | Fitness Enthusiast & Lifestyle Guru

We had the good fortune of connecting with Bryan Trueblood and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Bryan, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The 3 most important factors behind our success at TrueFIT are having a strong team, creating/developing systems and understanding who our audience is.
Having a diverse team (gender, age, experiences/perspective) creates a great atmosphere for growing, planning and developing effect programs. This allows for candid conversations during staff meetings that aren’t always one-sided; allowing us to remain balanced, relatable and relevant.
Putting systems in place helps us efficiently manage our time, energy and efforts. Having the ability to create new systems once we identify potential obstacles ensures us that we will always have the ability to pivot and remain relevant to the times and demands. It also allows for us to successfully support our clients across the globe; working with clients in different time zones requires a thorough system to be implemented.
Identifying and understanding our audience requires us to constantly observe, listen and speak to our base. Doing this gives us a better understanding of where we are going as a company. The best way to develop a solution to a potential problem is by going directly to the source/root and understanding how it got to this point.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
TrueFIT Lifestyle Training is dedicated to offering a unique wellness experience for women and men, by providing the best transformative life skills. Everyday we work towards aligning ones physical, mental, social, emotional and environmental health with an authentic approach. We offer virtual fitness training services that are flexible to ones schedule and demands. We provide all our clients with the necessary tools to sustain a healthy lifestyle beyond our programs, sessions and presents. We aren’t here to imprison our clients, we are here to help break down the obstacles that were preventing them from being their best version.
My life theme that will remain no matter what I’m doing is to have fun doing whatever it is I’m called to do. There’s “never” a bad time to laugh and smile. My power and core gift that sets me apart from others is the ability to listen to others and helping them find their gift, purpose and power. Equipping others with the necessary tools to continue this journey is the most rewarding gift in this business.
As a fitness enthusiast I strive to provide attainable and sustainable guidance to individuals of all fitness and wellness backgrounds by educating, modeling, guiding and encouraging healthy lifestyle habits on a daily basis because everyone deserves to feel loved, happy, valued and appreciated.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had friends in town for the weekend we would drive into Washington DC to have breakfast at HalfSmoke. Then head down to the National Mall to walk around and visit the different museums. After walking up an appetite we will visit FishScale for lunch before heading back to Maryland to walk around the National Harbor & the Tanger Outlet. The next day we would hang out around the house and fire up the grill.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First, I would like to shoutout my team (The LifeStylers) for all of the time and energy they have invested in the growth of the company. Thank you Sabrina, my beautiful & supportive wife, for all of the great work you do behind the scenes creating effective systems to keep us operating at a high level. Your time management skills are impeccable and your love and support is immutable. Thank you Diana for constantly researching and identifying new content ideas to engage our clients and base. You help me reclaim hours within the day. Thank you Annie (my fit mother) for your mentorship, insight and opinion on effectively implementing programs that can be utilized for all age groups, fitness levels and experience. Thank you Bryan II for constantly challenging me as a trainer and working to create/develop new training exercises/routines. You’ve helped me find new approaches to old challenges.
I also want to thank all of my friends and family that have supported us along this journey. All of the positive energy has been received and useful, we welcome more love… Thanks to all of the focus group participants that worked with us as we made the pivot to extend our services beyond our local location. You help make this possible.
Lastly, Shoutout to all of the current and future TrueFITTERS that will be making more time to invest in themselves. Health is Wealth and you deserve it!
