We had the good fortune of connecting with Yolanda & Vanessa Mother & Daughter and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Yolanda & Vanessa, what is the most important factor behind your success?
There are many factors which have led to our success. Realizing that everything happens according to God’s schedule and time. When he moves, he moves quickly (Be Ye Also Ready). Teamwork and communication are extremity important when it comes to having a successful podcast. Working together sharing ideas and workload. A team and partner with one goal. In order to be successful, you must have a team or teammate you can trust and depend on. Then there is passion and drive to work just as hard as you to make it across the finish line.

Our podcast name, “The Voice of Many” was chosen due to the daily news reported on television during COVID-19. We were all impacted by COVID. There were so many people talking at one time. Our questions were: who’s listening, what at about their story and what’s really going on behind the news? We wanted to allow the voices from all walks of life, in any and ever status have a place where they could express how they were feeling. So often we hear only one side of the story, when the little stories can have the largest and lasting impact.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
We are a mother, daughter team with work and personal experiences where our background intertwines.

Vanessa (my daughter) has a gift of seeing through the eyes of our younger generation. Becoming a military wife at the age of twenty-one and now mother of two. She has several years’ experience in the medical profession as a EMT Volunteer, Pet Care Assistant and Web Designer.

As her mother, I have experience as an only child, single mom, divorced and widow. Twenty years’ experience in telecommunication and over fourteen years’ experience in property management.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Here in Florida there are an unlimited number of things to do. It’s not just theme parks there is so much more. There are many beautiful nature parks with breath taking views. If you are looking for relaxation, awesome sun rise and sun set, we have it all right here. Come and our beaches from white sand, restaurants, and great entertainment. There is just something about our state which makes you feel as if you are already at home.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Our podcast would not be possible or had even left the ground if it had not been for Z-Funk Productions CEO, Barry Edwards. Our sponsors Marcia Miller, CEO of Serenity Adult Family Care Home and Pamela Lockley, CEO and Life Coach of TurnKey Solutions.
