We had the good fortune of connecting with Swiss Da body and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Swiss, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I think consistency is the number one factor when you want to succeed at something. Preparation and hard work can lead you to success but only if you are consistent with your habits and not afraid of working hard for your goals. My mother always told me to live by the 3 p’s : Always be passionate, persistent and prepared, and since then I’ve always tried to challenge myself mentally and physically at whatever I do.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Im all about fitness and hard work, I love challenging myself every day on different styles and techniques and pushing my limits to excel at what i do. My unique style mixed with creativity is what gives my work originality and makes people feel drawn to what i do. It took me a couple of years to get me where im at, and i still have more work to do to perfect my style. Was it easy?, No. but i like the hard work because it makes it more fun when i reach the level i want to achieve. i want the world to look at me as an example of hard work, dedication and resilience and to know that no matter what life throws at you, you have to keep focus on what you want to achieve. Trying to make you name recognized by others is not easy, but once you show them what you are good for things start to change for you.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of my top favorite spots is Muscle Beach at Miami beach, excellent people, good vibes and a lot of hard work. it is a place to train your body and mind next to the best athletes in Miami.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
i want to recognize the unconditional support from my mother Hyacinth Keith for always being there for me, guiding me and giving me the best advice when i needed the most. And also to my other 2 mothers Carmen Marino &Maria Sabeta. From day 1 they saw something in me that I did not see in myself and always support me in every way possible. i will also like to mention my brother Jahari Paris and let him know how grateful i am for him being a lead father figure in my life a guiding me to be a better man.
