Hi Naydi Daniel, what is the most important factor behind your success?
We believe in customer service. Myself as the owner of the company I answer every call, text & email I get. I’m also with my crew working everyday. The customers see me. Building a good relationship with them & having great communications goes a long way. You don’t get that with big landscaping company. Being respectful and on time for the meetings and being Reasonable with out prices.

What should our readers know about your business?
Since we are a small business in Miami and there’s a thousand landscaping company out there that will give you the cheapest price but won’t do the greasiest job. We give you reasonable price but outstanding service. I’m there with my guys everyday working and talking to our customers. Making sure everyone is being done right, going above and beyond. Our start wasn’t easy, I would do property’s by myself. Not having enough money to pay workers, not having enough to pay rent or good equipment. It took a lot of me and finding good contracts and workers. I messed up a lot in the beginning but I decided to learn from those mistakes and got better over time. God put the right people in my path and has helped me in my success. N&J is a branched out company from my father in law company. We’ve been in business since 2015 and we service all of Miami dade county. We do lawn maintenance, tree trimming, landscaping, hard scape and sprinkler repairs and recently added fertilizing services. The company is growing at a rapid pace this year. We specialize in condominium l, and shopping centers.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would take them to Green street cafe for breakfast, then take a walk in Wynwood, maybe go to south beach around Ocean Drive. And have dinner at Perry’s steak house in Coral Gables. I think we would do a lot of water sports, rent a boat and some jet skies and barbecue at the beach. There’s so much to do in Miami.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife Jacqueline Solis has been my greatest supporter. She has been an amazing wife and business partner. Always pushing to and helping me to succeed in this industry. We’ve gone through really tough times as a business but she’s always been there in the hood & bad. That makes the success great. Every challenge that we overcame so much sweeter. Working as a team. You can’t get to where you want to be alone you need a team.
