Hi Hilal, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I had to think of what do I like enjoying first that can be helpful to others. Currently I’m licensed claims adjuster in ten states and two providence’s in canada and am coowner at independent adjusting company Agile Claims inc. I owned properties so decided to get my real estate license then my broker license and brought it largest real estate company with over 350 offices to Usa and then I got seperated from them and continued under my own company Borque Group Realty llc. In both businesses and many others that I have done helping others was my first goal then the money. I believe in if you help others and retain your relationships that always returns to you someway or another in the future cause you were there for them.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Borque Group Realty llc Through many means lead come in, in order to be successful broker I had to qualify people for the right home which all starts with listening to them and connecting them with right mortgage broker or bank for
Financing if needed. In order to locate right property you make many calls take clients over show many properties if you are helping a buyer , if you are helping a seller need to advertise aggressively to locate the buyer it is never easy but but you have freedom of making your own schedule and if you don’t give up and have your goals written it happens . Our motto is home where everything starts so let us guide you to the right property.

In order to get accounts we need to contact many carriers and have to be in touch with all the potential future adjusters to be in our roster and keep continuously doing that. Any sales is not easy you work hard dedicate time and effort and put many hours and incur marketing expenses but with one or two accounts received and handpicked adjusters it never failed. Our motto is experienced tenure adjusters will deliver best service and skills to your claims needs in all lines.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Santorini by Georgios, the Deck , El Turco define fly my must go spots. I love each one of them and pretty much where I hang most of the time when I am out. I am not a beach person much I like fine dining I like local spots as well where I can meet many clients. Boating and jet skiing are my favorite two things to do here and showing beautiful homes here in South East Florida, it will sound funny but I carry a telescopic ladder in my trunk of my Benz if needed I will climb a roof or two to inspect if needed which I love to do as well.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I attended Istek Schools for middle and high in Turkey, who raised me with Ataturk’s principles , the founder of Turkey. After I graduated from FAU in Usa. I would like to first thank to Ataturk who found Turkey and gave women their rights and democracy who allowed me to get this education and strength secondly my thanks goes to Bedrettin Dalan my godfather who has found Istek Schools , Yeditepe University and Hospitals who created a structure giving us the strength to each one of us to be able to stand up by our own without nobody else’s help and thought us Ataturk values and never put down Turkish flag from any of his institutions. Regardless of the situation. I learned not to give up, I learned to be strong as a women, I learned to always be open to learn and love and help others who made me who I am.
