We had the good fortune of connecting with Adam Becker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adam, what do you attribute your success to?
1. Be adaptable 2. Check your ego – ask for help and learn from people who know more than you
3. Be your authentic self!

What should our readers know about your business?
GluteHouse is a brand new fitness concept that takes all of the guesswork out of your lower body and glute training. We are unlike any gym you have visited before and we like it that way! Membership is exclusive and only for those who are serious about their lower body training while having a hell of a lot of fun doing it.

So much to be excited for, we are completing our ‘Glow Up’ expansion the end of August so we will be able to accommodate more members in a bigger space, brand new machines, a beautiful place to rinse off after your workout, stunning new backdrops for the perfect “belfies” and more!

Ultimately, what excites me the most is seeing our members become confident, independent and strong lifters. We are teaching our members the proper way to train and there is nothing greater than the moment where a member steps outside of their real comfort zone for the first time to see what they are truly capable of.

Then, seeing the confidence build outside of the gym as a result of the work they are doing inside the gym is one of the coolest feelings I have personally, ever experienced.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
This city is just getting better and better and we have so many cool options outside of Liv and Story.

Friday, happy hour at Uchi or Beaker and Gray….followed by a few drinks at one of so many great bar options; Jaguar Sun, Bar at the Surf Club, Lagniappe, Terras at Lifehouse, El Salon at Esme, Sweet Liberty, etc.

Saturday morning we are working out at GluteHouse and then in the early evening we are picking up a bottle of wine and Stone Crabs from Joe’s Takeaway and walking to South Pointe Park to eat and watch the sunset and yachts going by.

Sunday, bottomless brunch or a boat day is a must. The bottomless brunch at Edge at the Four Seasons in Brickell will blow your mind.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My wife, Lindsay, my parents, Mike Vouvounas and the countless people that have supported Society (original gym) and GluteHouse over the last several years.
