Hi Ana, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
Have balance in life is important but also hard to archive and keep it, because is constantly changing. I play many roles, a wife, mom, a daughter, an employ, business owner and a friend but not all of them have the same priority and here is when it comes the hard part, when I have to choose what come first. I am sure, am not the only one who would like to have time for everything and no feel guilty for not dedicate enough time to my kids, for example.

Have an schedule, relay on my partner, delegate tasks, involve my kids in the process are the things that has helping me to keep balance or bring it back when is off.

What should our readers know about your business?

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
South Florida is beautiful and big, lets stay in Broward county…

Lets start with Coffee and breakfast at Cyth & Co, following by some local shopping for the cute outfit at The Wander Shop, Marisa the owner has a excellent taste and will be more than happy to assist. Coral springs Museum always has a exhibition and offer a different types of classes where to learn a new skill. A walk at the beach is a must following by lunch at one of the many local restaurants. One visit at Boca Cryo is essential to live the experience of Whole Body Cryotherapy and feel rejuvenate, don’t worry Natasha will walk you through the process. Last stop before leave is Flamingo Flee to grab a handmade souvenir from local vendors while enjoy a delicious craft beer at Tarpon River Brewing.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My husbands has been my biggest support since day one. Pedro not only encourage and guide me, he also stay late night working with me on all the task that involve running a business, not to mention taking care of the kids while I’m at markets and event presenting the products. My friend vendors (local business owners) who form a beautiful supporting community that keep motivating me and always have good adviseds.
