Meet Cody Tyler | Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cody Tyler and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cody, why did you decide to pursue a creative path?
I feel that creativity and the arts are a part of who I am and the fact that I found the gift of expressing myself when I was at one of my low points made it even more of a Godsend.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I would say what keeps me busy and also sets me apart from others is the fact that now more than ever I completely beat to my own drum, and am a lot more comfortable with different parts of myself I didn’t know before which in turn can show in my art. I am most excited my upcoming new EP I have been working on the past 6-7 months along with a new short film called “Killin me” based off one of my singles. I just wrapped up the script. I released my newest song called “round here” which is out now on all platforms. Pursuing my dreams as an artist has had its share of ups and downs but also shown that it could be rewarding in many different ways especially when a goal is accomplished. I remember getting my first placement on a tv show and feeling so elated. I want the world to know that my motive for pursuing my dreams in entertainment is to make a difference and bring light to people. Make people feel good about themselves and comforted.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would say that I’m grateful to any friend or family member that has been along on my journey and given any support big or small deserves credit. I would rather not say names but you all know exactly who you are. 🙂
