Hi Aileen, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk it all and if you fail, try it again! Taking a risk keeps you motivated and open doors of many possibilities for you and your career. You have to get uncomfortable to get comfortable.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
With my artistry I am most proud of how I am able to uplift a women’s self esteem. When they sit in my chair I want them to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin by just enhancing their natural feature. I believe thats what sets me aside from all other artists. Although, I did face many challenges as an artist/entrepeneur becasue when you start your business thats what will keep you pushing and you can overcome that by by not giving up and setting a strategy.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shoutout to all of the artists that I have encountered in my successions, one artist who has really made an impact is Mariana from Mari D MUA. Working along her side with her team and also in our TV era has been a learning experience, with her support and encouragement that never goes unnoticed. Also, a HUGE shout out to Sephora Merrick Village Park which was the reason I started my makeup career. They took a risk and introduced me to the color world of artistry.
