Hi Alejandro, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Honestly, the most important factor behind the success of my brand, DJ Vila, has been staying true to who I am and always connecting with the people. From my YouTube mixes to live shows, radio, and events, everything I do is about creating good vibe and making people feel something through music. Whether it’s a wedding, a club, or a live stream, I treat every event with intention, and I think people see and feel that. Consistency, passion, and always showing love to the community have been key.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Of course! My art is all about creating moments through music. My goal is always the same: to connect with people and make them feel something through my music. This mindset has connected me to a very international crowd and make people from a personal connection to my brand

What sets me apart is that I’m not just pressing play I’m curating an experience. I pay attention to every transition, every drop, and I mix live with intention. I also love putting a spotlight on underrated or emerging artists, and giving my community something they didn’t know they needed.

Getting here definitely wasn’t easy. It took years of late nights, saying yes to small gigs, investing in my own equipment, and learning how to navigate everything from branding to editing to livestreaming. I had to build everything from scratch and push through moments of doubt, especially when the results didn’t come right away. But I never stopped. I stayed consistent, kept learning, and always reminded myself why I started because I love this.

I’m proud of the fact that my brand has grown organically, through passion, hard work, and community support. I’m excited about everything that’s coming from new mixes to collaborations, live shows, and hopefully even more international reach.

If there’s one thing I want people to know, it’s that DJ Vila isn’t just about music it’s about unity, culture, energy, and celebration. My brand has a very important slogan which is “Unidos Por La Musica” which is united by music this sums up what I represent. My story is one of hustle, heart, and honoring where I come from, and I hope that comes through in everything I do.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami has a diverse list of places depending on the vibe but I would say as a local the main spots I go to are: Casual Lunch Spot: La Diosa Taqueria, Nice Dinner: El Toro Loco or Any Nice Italian spot in Miami, Hang Out Spots: Kuba Cabana or Liv (Depends on the type of party)

Absolutely, this shoutout goes first and foremost to all my listeners and fans who have supported me from day one. Every stream, like, share, and comment means the world to me.
