Hi Alesia, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
Podcasts aren’t going anywhere. Big companies like Google and Spotify are investing millions of dollars into the industry. The best time to start a podcast is yesterday, but the next best time is today.

You can use a podcast as the basis for your thought leadership, to bring leads into your business, or even just to talk through your favorite hobbies.

Most of the time, you might think that the podcast industry is saturated, but that’s not the case. 90% of podcasts stop producing around 7 episodes, so there’s always room for more.

What should our readers know about your business?
Galati Media is an agency that helps business owners launch and maintain strategic podcasts that bring them leads, land them speaking gigs, and connect them with their audience.

I’d been building the company slowly while working my day job as an inventory analyst when the pandemic hit. As someone who doesn’t like uncertainty, turning the business into something that could not only provide for my family but support other women seemed like a far-fetched dream. I remember in the beginning, I was so focused on all the possible ways to grow the business, but once I decided to go all in with the agency model, I was able to not only increase my client list but double our revenue and hire more team members.

Being an agency owner isn’t easy. It takes dedication and a focus on our mission–helping our clients get their messages out into the world. My team is made up of incredible women, and I could not have built this without them. Over the years, I’ve learned that I can’t do everything alone, and it’s important to trust my team to have our client’s best interest in mind.

A massive shoutout to the clients who allow us to support them in their podcasting journey. We believe in raising the voices of those who have a message they want to share with the world, and our clients are incredible.
