We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Cormont and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
I think the most important factor behing my success is to give always the best client experience. I will always go behond our promises. It’s very important to make our client feel specials.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am really proud of being the first coach from France establishing a business in the US. It was very challenging because I did not speak english at all when I first came 5 years ago. Learning a new language, being far away from my family and friends were the biggest challenges. But I love what I do, it’s not even a job but a real passion so I was able to do all the hard work.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will take them to all the sport activities: Miami Heat Game, Miami Dolphins and Floria Panthers. It’s very fun and entertaining. Then Wynwood for the art and creativity, the wynwood tavers for their chicken waffle. For a beautiful sunset, the rusty Pelican is the best spot. And of course some shopping at the brickell city center!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give credit to a book from Darren Hardy “The compound Effect”. This book is the best one in my opinion for success and resilience. It helps me understand the results of doing little actions every single day. After couple of months I realized that I have grown a lot!
