Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I enjoy hanging out and taking some clients to the Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove. Also, by our office is a hidden gem restaurant run by a friend named Portobello, where you can enjoy great wine with your dinner.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The short answer? My team and all of our families. Every single person at TREMGroup has operated like a real-life samurai—disciplined, resilient, and fiercely dedicated to their craft and the success of this company. Without them, there’s no way we’d be where we are today. Honestly, this company might not even exist without that level of commitment.

It takes a very particular kind of team—aligned in purpose and values—to grind for years, testing, failing, learning, and eventually unlocking what really works.
