Hi Alex Pender & Gaby Ortega, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risks are essential and are part of growth in both life and career. Sometimes taking yourself out of your comfort zone may be a little scary at first but it can be a tool you can use to empower yourself and expand your knowledge and experience. There have always been many blessings attached to the risks we have taken in our careers and we are so grateful for them.

What should our readers know about your business?
Girls Gone Boss was created to empower young women who are starting out in their careers and to build community around like-minded women in business. We highlight amazing women who have built their professional careers from scratch and who share compelling stories of loss and triumph. We look to be a source of positivity, motivation, and also a place where our community can find tools to help them along the way. The most important factor behind our success and the success of GGB has always been centered around service. We really believe that true success is attached to how many lives we are impacting either through our content or through our everyday life. That to us is true success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We are from Miami a city with such amazing cuisine. There will be endless places we would recommend to go. First stop would be Wynwood for a healthy smoothie and avocado toast at Dr. Smood, then we would head to the beach for an afternoon stroll and to watch the sunset. To wrap our day we would go to dinner at the beautiful Joai Beach where we would enjoy delicious cocktails and food!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We are so grateful to all of the women that have sat with us and contributed to our community via our podcast. Every women we interview leaves us inspired and motivated to keep going! We also owe so much to our mothers who are our source of strength and two very special women we look up to and admire.
