We had the good fortune of connecting with Alex Perez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alex, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I saw a need for honest communication with the customer not just fair pricing but explaining the process to educate the customer on what the job entails. I wanted to make a difference in my field and make an honest profit delivering quality of service, all these ingredients are rare in my field.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We strive to the do the job right the first time, we genuinely care about our customers we treat every job as if it was our home or place of business, we are attentive we listen we implement the best strategies and offer top of the line products we cut no corners. If we set an appointment for 8 AM we are there at 7:45 we keep our word, we answer our phones we are responsive.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Our area is full of exciting things to do, if you visit us first place we go if for great Cuban food in the heart of Miami, we make plans to visit South Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Wynwood and the Florida Keys. To be honest a week isn’t long enough.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Definitely my Dad Victor Perez I’ve learned so much from him as he started this business from the ground up back in 1991 he’s taught me the ins and out and has shared his experiences and expertise unselfishly
