Hi ALEXANDER / HEILYN, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
One major habit, if not the most important one that has helped with our success is Consistency. We think this is what set us apart from any company. Consistency in our costumer service, in how we deliver our craftsmanship, and in our project deadlines. Another major attribute is loving what you do, with this business we take pride in the fact that we get to help people having problems with their homes or properties and fix the problem that they’ve been having. The reward is we get paid for it but we actually love the prosses of finding what’s wrong and fixing it. It’s truly satisfying to be able to help our customers and also grow our company knowledge and skills.

What should our readers know about your business?
One major part that sets us apart from other companies is that we don’t compete with our competition. As crazy as it sounds, when pricing our services we set the price right for us and our customers and to find the right balance between those is key to success. As well as with the consistency of doing what we say we are going to do. Being in a industry where many companies take on many jobs saying they can do them and then not finishing up, or doing a poor quality job, and even not answering their clients or, up holding their service guarantees. Keeping our customers happy and providing the service they expect and beyond is truly key in our success, apart from that like we said before we actually enjoy what we do, so we don’t consider that we have a job a much as just doing we love. We have had other businesses in the past and failure is part of the growing, without it we would not be here. Still, to this day the mistakes and problems never end, however it’s not the problems or mistakes that makes us rather than how we deal with them. Thanks to all the failures and mistakes we are here today and we plan on making many more to continue growing and expanding. How do we deal with them? It’s a mindset, and there is nothing we can do about them other than learn and move forward and try not making them again. One thing I have learned is to enjoy the process, as much as the roller coaster goes up, it will go back down so learn to enjoy it no matter where it is. We would like the world to know that we are here for the long haul and we are ready for whatever comes our way!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Being from Miami of course we think of Miami Beach, too many cool places and scenes to witness. Beautiful beaches and parks, many restaurants and fun activities for all. You can’t come to Miami and not get on a boat or jet ski rides so that’s a must. As far as to eat we like a place with a view so Texas de Brazil in South Beach or the Rusty Pelican will do, great food and a wonderful view.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We can give a lot of credit to our parents. Them being hard working immigrants coming to a new country full of opportunities we were motivated to not go through the complacency that they had to endure in not putting their happiness first and do all the sacrifice to guarantee us in a better place. Us opening and operating this company is a symbol of our freedom, of the representation that the sky is the limit, and that all of the hard work our parents have done is not in vein. Apart from our core motivation, we can give most credit to a book that up to this day we repeatedly read and try to practice the advice in every aspect of our life, and that is the Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. This book has changed our life and business for the better and has showed us the power we have is within ourselves.
