We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexandra Marciello and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alexandra, every day, we know how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
As a busy mom running home life, personal life and a very busy event design business, my own health and wellness definitely suffered. I tried ordering meal delivery services – all which I did not feel supported my health goals for myself or my family. I would be on the run constantly and food options seemed to always be unhealthy and still expensive. I decided it was time to shift my focus and let my entrepreneurship lead me down a path that intertwined business with health and wellness. We came across a space and it seemed be meant to be!

What should our readers know about your business?
At Revive, we truly believe food is medicine. We are really working hard to make sure our ingredients are top quality and that we continue to be transparent about what is in each of our products. That being said, it was no easy feat to open in just a little over 30 days. We gained access to our new space on May 19th 2025. (Funny enough – AM Event Co, my other business was established in May 2020 – I guess I like the month of May for starting new ventures lol). We set our minds to an opening date of July 1st and worked around the clock to secure business licensing, work on branding, social, website, menu development, the whole nine. We had a successful grand opening with the love and support or our friends, family and community and have been navigating through the new business growing pains all month. It was not easy, though it was very worth it. Now we have hired a great team, customers are loving our menu and products, we successful executed our first catering order this month and we are gearing up for season!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well, we would start with breakfast at Revive – of course! We’d pick up some yummy smoothies and breakfast bowls and snacks and head to our boat rental for a day on the water. We love going to lake Boca so we would end up there for the day just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of South Florida!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Huge shoutout to my current team at AM Event Co who has held down the fort this Summer while I shifted gears and put my focus on my new baby – Revive Smoothie Bar. Also, to my partner Mark, who decided to jump onboard for my crazy idea of opening a second business and be a part of the business with me.
