Hi Alvaro, what role has risk played in your life or career?
It is really what has defined my entire life. Every major turning point and breakthrough I’ve had started with the wild decision of doing something that seemed “too risky” in the eyes of those around me. And it is right there, at that moment, when I get the inner feeling (the guts) of moving forward with that decision.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Super Luxury Group (SLG), is a luxury real-estate media network committed to connect and help the affluent to celebritize and sell high-end properties from Miami to other jet-set locations through influencer marketing, crypto, NFTs, and metaverse integrations.

Originally from Madrid, Spain and now based in Miami, I am the Founder and CEO of Super Luxury Group, and fueled by my passion for real estate, I have been working to enhance people’s lives through homes while connecting and building a community of individuals that want to make of this world a better place.

As an immigrant who came to America through a tennis scholarship, I had to leave behind at an early age my family, friends, and whole life in Spain to live out the American Dream. Ever since, it has been an exciting journey full of “opportunities/challenges” that has taught me how to clarify my vision and values, set up good habits and routines, turn every obstacle along the way into a launch pad to move forward, and ultimately, to achieve my dreams while doing what I love with passion and purpose.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
There are so many amazing things to do here in Miami… but I’ll definitely start by going skydiving (one of my favorite hobbies to share with friends) as it brings a new level of excitement and approach to the upcoming days. Aside from that, a day on the yacht around Miami with a fun group of people, dinning at some of the trendy spots such as Carbone, Sexy Fish, Mila, Papi Steak, Komodo, and even a little extra fun at night going to places like Liv. During the day, I suggest getting pampered with a nice Spa/massage in locations such as Tierra Santa in Faena, The Spa at the Miami Beach Edition, or even the The Standard Spa at The Standard. This last one, is also a cool place to go for afternoon sunset drinks as it overseas the bay and has a nice vibe, along with other great spots such as rooftop Sugar in Brickell, or a more Tulum vibe at Joia Beach.

And of course, Miami has always something going on… so depending on the dates, there would be some cool event happening for sure… Just recently we had the Miami Open in Tennis, Ultra Music Festival, NFT & Crypto Conferences, and now the upcoming F1… you name it! Miami is full of passion and energy!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
