We had the good fortune of connecting with Alvaro Psevoznik and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alvaro, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
A digital agency must provide a 360-degree solution. It has to specialize in every aspect of online marketing, Agencies that only offer online advertising, but lack of support on email marketing, lead generation, social media, web development, e-commerce, geolocation strategies, or online reputation, can’t provide real and measurable results.

What should our readers know about your business?
I own an agency with 3 different specializations: Retail, Hospitality, and most recently, esports which is the fastest growing industry with just a few specialists in the country. Being a specialist in Digital Marketing and having a strong team that knows every aspect of the industry makes us different; we know what we do, we know the market and its needs, and we’re always one step ahead when it comes to innovation and new products and services.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My itinerary for visitors always includes a Miami Heat game for sure, some dining in Miami Beach and Coral Gables, strolling around Calle Ocho (where they can experience the Cuban and Latin flavor of Miami), and some street art and gallery viewing in Wynwood. When it comes to beaches, I always recommend Sunny Isles or Hallandale Beach. A couple of places we never skip: The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Faena South Beach, Ocean Drive, and the Aventura Mall or the Miami Design District for shopping.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are several people and groups that helped me, but there’s one big group I belong to: UAcademy, led by Brent Weaver, who along with hundreds of agency owners, gives me support, mentorship, and guidance.
