Meet Ana Arguello-Garcia | Founder, CEO & Head Marketing Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ana Arguello-Garcia and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ana, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
After years of leading marketing initiatives across major corporations and agencies, I knew it was time to build something different. Something better.
In 2022, following my work overseeing a major national account in the music and culture space, I transitioned to a boutique firm in search of better work-life balance. Upon returning from maternity leave, it became clear: I didn’t fit the mold. I wasn’t built to follow outdated leadership. I was built to lead.
That pivotal moment gave me the clarity I needed to finally bet on myself. I launched my own agency with a clear mission: to help brands create real-life (IRL) connections with their audiences through events, experiences, and everyday moments — while delivering the kind of high-touch customer service and vibrant company culture that I often found missing at many agencies.
It was less about coming up with a new idea and more about answering a calling I had felt for a long time.

What should our readers know about your business?
Taylor Jean Marketing was born from a desire to build something real… a marketing agency rooted in connection, not just campaigns. We focus on creating meaningful experiences that bring brands and consumers together in real life (IRL) through events, activations, and everyday moments that leave a lasting impact.
What sets us apart is simple: we care. We bring creativity, hustle, high-touch service, and a strong sense of culture to every project. I’m proud that we’re not just building brand moments, but building trust with our clients, our teams, and the communities we reach.
I’m still very much in the middle of the journey, learning and growing every day. Getting to this point hasn’t been easy. Shifting from the corporate and agency world into entrepreneurship has been a humbling experience. There have been late nights, tough lessons, and moments of doubt, but also moments of pure excitement, joy, and gratitude.
One of my biggest lessons is that real growth doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up consistently, staying true to your values, and finding joy in the hustle and bustle along the way. There’s no shortcut to creating something real. It requires showing up daily, even when no one’s clapping.
What I hope people take away from my story and the story of Taylor Jean Marketing is that we’re a work in progress, fueled by passion, perseverance, and a belief that the best is still ahead. We’re not just trying to make noise. We’re trying to make an impact — one real connection at a time.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I owe so much to the people who have influenced me most: my husband, my daughters, and without a doubt, my mom and dad.
Growing up, my parents made countless sacrifices for me and my siblings, and through it all, they taught us that true leadership begins with integrity. Like anyone, I stumbled along the way (cough — a lot!), but their example was always there, shaping the person I aspired to become. They instilled in me the values that remain my foundation: to lead with integrity, to work with grit, to think like a leader, and above all, to stay true to who I am.
Now, as a wife and mother, those lessons carry even greater meaning. With the unwavering support of my husband and the unconditional love of my daughters, I’m able to push through even on the hardest of days — and their belief in me makes every moment, every milestone, that much sweeter.
