We had the good fortune of connecting with Anastasia Rossinsky and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anastasia, what do you attribute your success to?
The customer experience/customer journey we provide to our clients.

Though we are a marketing and branding boutique, our clients always come first. From the on-boarding process to sending the final project, we have curated a personalized system to help our clients feel involved in the process, fully understood, and up to date on projects.

This also helps our team continually earn their trust. Building someones brand or marketing their service or product can be a stressful time for many clients. This is why we believe in having systems that enhance our customer experience and ease the level of stress is key to our success.

Not only does this help our clients, which is the main priority, it also helps us. The enhanced customer experience our systems provide have allowed us to receive incredible feedback and new clientele through positive word of mouth as well as repeat clients.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
To be honest, I’m most proud of not giving up. The last couple of years have been extremely difficult for our world and it’s affected everything from peoples work life and their personal life. I’ve felt it and some days it may have been easier to quit but I’m so thankful I didn’t.

Why?
Because I have been able to help and support so many business owners and companies during these difficult times. I treat all of my clients as if their business were my business. I take a leadership role in their products or services so I can successfully market and brand for them. I think the value that provides in itself is what sets A Market Social apart from other digital marketing and branding companies.

I want the world to know that A Market Social cares deeply. We care past the projects, we care past the deadlines. We care about our clients and everything we do is to bring them another step forward in the direction of their business goals.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
This is an awesome question!

I love being in nature, it’s where I find so much inspiration and where my creativity flows freely! I’d definitely have to say places like Vizcaya, Fairchild Gardens, and The Miami Perez Art Museum. The atmosphere in all three places are so inspiring and you feel as though your opportunities to create are endless.

South Miami is my home and though it’s more of a suburb, there are still incredible places to eat, shop, and walk around. I spend a lot of time at Dr. Smood in South Miami and other coffee shops around the Gables area like Crema as well as Books & Books (the OG).

Design District is another go-to for art, inspiration, and creativity. You never know who you’ll see creating a mural, what fashion trends will be making an appearance, and who you’ll meet.

Miami has always been a trendsetting place and within the last few years we’ve been setting the bar pretty high.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I can’t pick one person or one group to answer this!

My previous bosses, books by John C. Maxwell, incredible women in business like Sara Blakely and podcasts like How I Built This have all played a major role in pushing my career forward. They’ve all taught me something invaluable that I’ve implemented in my business. There are so many people who may be more talented or successful than I am, but I think the key in business is to never stop learning and always stop comparing.

In today’s world we have so many available resources from some of the most successful people that moving forward in business or career simply isn’t an option. When you surround yourself with positive and inspiring people, whether they be in person or through the computer, the support you’ll receive is unmatched, at least it has been for me!
