Meet Anders G. | Marketing Specialist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Anders G. and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Anders, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of the Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit is its unique installations combined with outstanding guest relations. Two of its most popular installations are the Diamond Palace and Kaleidoscope. The Diamond Palace was produced by a 30 person team over 2 years. The Kaleidoscope’s durable touch LED technology was designed and developed by their team of engineers for over one year and is one of the first of its kind in the world. The exhibit’s ushers are also trained to help take photos for guests and will often take some time to get all the best angles. Regardless of whether guests are coming for photos or the interactive experience, the ushers work on creating a joyful experience for all.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Some of my responsibilities include creating content for the exhibit’s social media and brainstorming ideas for aspects that will enhance the experience. A few years ago, I began exploring many of the exhibits that New York City has to offer and instantly noticed aspects that I both liked and disliked at each event. Shortly after, I began marketing for a performance group that I started at my college. Not only was I the President and Founder of the group, but I also worked on creating social media content to help gain interest for auditions, performances, etc. After graduating college, I continued to create content relating to my adventures in New York City and also notice what elements work and don’t work at each experience, which carries over to my professional projects.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The first stop would be going to the Aventura Mall and checking out the Happy-Go-Lucky Exhibit.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My college major, Media & Communication, has helped provide courses for many of the aspects of marketing I use on a daily basis. Taking courses in both the United States and Europe, I have learned valuable information regarding public relations, social media, and other topics.
