We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrés Bojórquez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrés, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Hello Miami !

It’s a pleasure to be featured in this amazing magazine again!

There is too many factors , but everyone can be successful if you have your positive mindset everyday at dreamwork ,what’s is your dreamwork ? Its what you are good for and what are your dreaming to work as a kid !.

Beside a positive mindset you need to make the strategies to your subgoals in short term and long term, then you need to take the advantage or differences in your competitors .

I loved the skyscrapers in New York and the mansions in Beverly Hills since I was a kid but I didn’t know I was going to sell Real Estate .

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am proud to already have the connection from Guadalajara to the Real Estate developments in the United Estates os America . Its was not easy the way , one important challenge if to have a powerful mindest , I like to watch NFL games and I compared the Quaterbacks this way to my work :

-Think quickly but precisely strategies.
-When you fall to the floor , get up quickly and keep advancing to the score.
-Analyze the mistakes and make an improvement in your company .
-Take the advantages of your market.
– Keep scoring.

Right now I am proud that the ones that know our company are happy that we have sell his property , or that we have loyal clients that we keep selling them more properties , but you know why we keep selling them ? Because we always make a great deal for them and they keep making money.

One day in the future I hope our company is well known in more locations of the world and saw our brand in skyscrapers,

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Miami , definitely Brickel and downton, if my best friend were in the city , I would take him to a rooftop or somewhere to enjoy the views , have a great meal and have fun .

The next day i would take him shopping and to the water sports or swim in the sea.

Another thing is Miami has big Basketball team and Football team . Let’s go to watch a game !

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Well , a lot of people deserves a lots of credit in my story,

I think my family support me when I was starting , the best mentorship is to keep qualifying like reading , That’s one a good habit for your work or your personal life , enjoy and keep reading .

When I was starting , had no experience and I was a nobody the owner of the properties and other Real Estate agencies trust on me , I have to be grateful them .

My advice is to listen and be friend of successful people and avoid toxic people even if they are your family.
