We had the good fortune of connecting with Andrew Domville and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andrew, what do you want people to remember about you?
There’s an advantage to time; when enough of it passes, it will leave you with a different perspective and, sometimes, a newfound purpose. When the idea of a media production company originated, we understood it to be a result of our love for the filmmaking industry. It was intended that we create a mass media company that is long-lasting. And one that stretches beyond our imaginations. Building a mass media company from the ground up, one with global appeal and influence excites us, but we also aim to give back to the creative community. Through grants and eventful Q & A’s, we plan on providing funding for creatives making it more possible to get their projects off the ground and distributed. We will continue to build our media empire. We are revolutionaries and generational innovators. And this is how we’ll be remembered.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’ve been actively working in the film industry for eight years now. And it has not been easy. Face to face with numerous obstacles. I am battle-tested. I’m now adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of media. And I’m an avid learner. Blessed to be where I am today; it is the direct result of a trial-and-error approach. Yes, this approach will leave you with a few bruises, but if you stay consistent, success will find you. Sometimes even in the most unconventional of ways. I am proud of my team. And I am proud of the work we’ve been able to produce for our media production company. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I say it takes a village to grow a business. I’ve learned to trust those around me, and in the beginning, it was foreign, but now I see tremendous value in working hand-in-hand with others, especially those you share a common belief with. Because belief is a powerful thing, it governs our actions and gives us purpose.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The Miami Design District is one of our favorite areas to visit. It’s also home to some of the best restaurants and art galleries. Anytime we pay a visit, we get lost in the vibe. And that’s what the Miami Design District is; it’s one hell of a vibe. At least five times a month, we find ourselves strolling the lustrous sands of South Beach. Enamored with the culture and the many fashion shops, it’s safe to say South Beach is imaginative. It’s a place where creatives can create.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We want to take the time to shout out Charles D. King, Founder & CEO of MACRO, a trailblazer in the entertainment industry. His production company has produced some of today’s most acclaimed and game-changing media content. As we expand our media company, we sometimes look to Charles; he’s a source of inspiration.
