We had the good fortune of connecting with Anissa Abidallah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anissa, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I work primarily with women, and I believe that the closer a woman gets to her true self, her identity, her voice… the more her self-esteem rises. And when a woman knows who she is, she starts going after what she truly desires and deserves, unapologetically.

My business helps women reconnect with their bodies their mind and their true sense. When women prioritize themselves through movement, mindset, and nutrition, they not only transform their own lives but inspire those around them.

Ultimately, the social impact of my business is helping women to feel vibrant and live empowered.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I work primarily with women, and I believe that the closer a woman gets to her true self, her identity, her voice the more her self-esteem rises. And when a woman knows who she is, she starts going after what she truly desires and deserves, unapologetically.

Through my wellness coaching and movement programs like ElectricWhine, I help women reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and take care of themselves in ways that feel both energizing and nourishing. I’ve seen how showing up for yourself consistently through movement, mindset, and nutrition can completely shift how you carry yourself in the world. And when that shift happens, everything else begins to change from how you love, how you lead, how you show up in your relationships, to your work and your vision for the future.

Alongside that, I also offer the opportunity for women to create income through purpose-driven work. I’m still growing in this area and walking it out in my own life, but I share the tools and mentorship I’ve been given with full integrity and a clear heart. It’s not about being perfect or having it all figured out it’s about being willing to learn, grow, and change your life for the better while helping others do the same.

Something that sets me apart is that I bring a global perspective to my work. I came to Miami from France with $500 in my pocket, and I was able to carve my own path, build my network, and create a life aligned with my vision. I also speak three languages, which allows me to offer my programs in English, French, and Spanish. For me, that’s not just about communication, it’s about connection. It means I can bridge cultures, and help women from different backgrounds feel seen, understood, and supported on their journey. That’s what makes my community powerful we’re not defined by culture or language, but by the deeper work of connection, integration, and living from our center.

What I want the world to know is this: when a woman feels good in her body, clear in her mind, and supported on her journey even while she’s still becoming she becomes a magnet for the kind of life that once felt out of reach. And through her process, she gives others permission to step into theirs too.

Women thrive in communities, and part of my mission is to create spaces where that kind of support, inspiration, and sisterhood is available. Never give up, and always prioritize your own healing and wellness. Authenticity, I believe, is the true key to success in business, in relationships, and in life. The closer you are to God and your principles, the more centered and grounded you’ll feel. And even in seasons when your support system isn’t clear, you can always rely on your faith, your vision, and the gift placed on your spirit.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Here’s the beautiful thing about Miami from my perspective there are so many ways to experience it. You can literally do both: network and nature, party and wellness. For me, I’d want my best friend to really feel the peace and nourishing side that Miami has to offer. The ocean is breathtaking, the nature is incredible, and the community is vibrant. Here’s how I’d show her around for a week:

Thursday: We’d kick things off at ElectricWhine, my dance and embodiment class, where she could awaken her inner goddess. After class, we’d enjoy a treat meal at Prima Pasta, one of my favorite Italian spots.

Friday: In the morning, I’d make her my favorite Mega Tea for energy before a bike ride along Miami Beach from North Beach down to South Beach and back. For lunch, we’d stop at La Sandwicherie (simple, fresh, delicious). In the evening, she’d join me for another dance workout I coach, followed by greens and waffles at Sip and Shine (in Hollywood). To close out the night, a glass of wine at a rooftop or at Lagniappe, which always gives me that cozy, European vibe.

Saturday: Beach day! My favorites are South Pointe or up by 71st & Collins. I love picnics, so that’s a must. If she wanted a night out, I’d take her to The Shrine at Red Rooster. The music afrobeat, dancehall, amapiano takes me right back to my nights out in Europe, where people actually dance and the energy is pure joy.

Sunday: We’d start with an açai bowl at Exotikaz Wellness Bar, then head to VOUS Church, which has been such a grounding place for me. Afterward, we’d stroll through Wynwood and the Design District, soaking in art, culture, and creativity.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Firstly I want to thank God. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for the resilience and comfort I have found through him, the foundation that keeps me grounded and moving forward every day.

I want to thank my ElectricWhine community, who have been rocking with me since day one even during the times I wasn’t quite sure what I was doing! They believed in the mission, showed up fully, and experienced real transformation themselves. Their trust and growth have been the greatest boost of confidence and motivation I could ever ask for.

I’m deeply grateful to my mentors, Tom Rivas and Biviana Gomez, who introduced me to personal development and helped me sharpen my skills in business, sales, systems, and community building. The list of lessons they’ve shared is too long to name, but I’m undeniably wiser and more equipped because of them.

And I have to give special thanks to my friends who became literal sisters they uplift me through their words, their wisdom and their love. Their presence has been invaluable on this journey and i thank God for them daily.
