Hi Ararat, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
When I was considering a career change, one of the crucial factors I weighed was the ability to manage my work-life balance. I believe that maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life is essential for staying motivated, energized, and enthusiastic, and avoiding burnout. It’s not just about the number of hours worked, but the quality of work that’s done during work hours. And it’s important to set boundaries and prioritize personal time for family, friends, and hobbies. There was a time when I worked non-stop, neglecting my personal life, and it made me feel drained, unproductive, and unhappy. However, by getting back into my usual routine and prioritizing balance, I realized its significance. I came to appreciate the value of work-life balance even more. From my experience, I can confidently say that maintaining work-life balance is crucial to finding happiness and fulfillment, both professionally and personally.

What should our readers know about your business?
We are a real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring and managing properties across various markets. What sets us apart from others is our focus on building long-term relationships with our clients and partners, as well as our commitment to providing exceptional service and value. We are proud of our track record of success, and we are excited about the future growth opportunities for our business. Building a successful real estate investment company is never easy, but we have overcome challenges by staying true to our values, putting in the hard work, and staying focused on our goals.
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is the importance of being patient and strategic in our approach, as well as the value of building a strong team and network of partners, the value of hard work, and the need to continually adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
As for what we want the world to know about us, we want people to know that we are a company that is committed to excellence, integrity, and delivering superior value to our clients and partners. We believe that by investing in real estate, we can make a positive impact on people’s lives and communities, and we are dedicated to doing so with passion and purpose.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting the area, I would definitely take them to Princeton University. As someone who is a lifelong learner and is passionate about education, I always find inspiration and motivation when I’m on campus. We could start by taking a stroll through the beautiful grounds and checking out the historic buildings and architecture. We could also visit some of the famous landmarks on campus, like the Nassau Hall or the Princeton University Chapel.

In addition to the campus itself, there are plenty of great spots in the town of Princeton that we could visit, such as local bookstores, cafes, and restaurants. We could grab a coffee and pastry or stop by one of the local ice cream shops my wife and I adore for some of the best ice cream in town. And if we wanted to venture out a bit further, we could take a day trip to nearby museums or hiking trails.

Overall, I would like to show my friend the unique charm and educational atmosphere that Princeton has to offer. As someone who loves to learn and explore new things, I always find myself drawn back to this special place.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Let me start from the very beginning. I had a successful career as a Geographer and later as a Bank Cost Controller, but once I decided to make a big change in my life switching my career from being a Geographer/ Bank Cost Controller to becoming a real estate agent and later, a real estate investor. It was not an easy journey, especially since I moved to a new country and had to start from scratch. However, I am someone who enjoys taking risks and learning from my mistakes. I never let anyone or anything scare me. I worked hard and passed the required exams and became a licensed real estate agent. After that, I made every effort to learn everything there was to know about the field and eventually transitioned to becoming a real estate investor. Looking back, I realize that the decision to start from scratch and work for myself was the most critical one I made for my success. However, after marrying my wife I understood that having the right partner by my side plays an even more important role in my success. With her by my side, I feel more driven and inspired than ever before. Being an entrepreneur requires strength and resilience, but having a smart, loving and caring partner can make all the difference. By the way, she’s not just my wife, but also my partner in business. And with her as the marketing head of our company, we make an unstoppable team, driving our business forward with passion and purpose. So my shout out is dedicated to my wife.
