We had the good fortune of connecting with Arie Rose and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Arie, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I am the official co-host of the BakaBoyz here in Miami on Revolution 93.5 FM and being on the radio has allowed us to bring smiles to peoples faces that listen to our show daily. Being a co-host on air is a huge responsibility that I take serious. I am able to influence and help people become better, feel better and feel relatable. My relationship with the Bakaboyz is authentic and genuine so when we are together and recording you literally get a sibling vibe all the way around. Eric and Nick are legit brothers and I am the little sister who brings a balance to the show between the two but also gets to annoy and pick fun at the both of them. I know that if we are genuinely entertained and laughing behind the mic’s, then we probably are having the same impact on our listeners.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I started with a podcast on my own, moved on to Dash radio etc and one day I went on air with the BakaBoyz to be interviewed. I had just launched my first book that had gone #1 on Amazon. That’s how we met! Long story short, I would join them every now and then or when one of the two were on vacation or sick and we literally created a bond. I kept at my work, head down, always learning and in my own lane. One day I got the call asking if I would consider becoming an official co-host on their show. It took 5 years for that call to come.
I never count the steps, the days or the years, I simply take everything one day at a time and put my best foot forward. I am always respectful of people and the opportunities they allow me to be a part of and I think that is one of the main reasons why I have reached my new heightened levels of success.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Definitely want to shout out the BakaBoyz for trusting me to be an addition of their legendary show. They have taught me the ropes and continue to teach me. I am still a baby in the game blessed to be mentored by two legendary brothers.
